Before You Jump

Please be familiar with this information before visiting Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park:

In order for you to get jumping smoothly, here are a few items you may need to know. We want nothing to get in the way of your FUN or your overall experience at Sky Zone. So take a minute to look through this list and you'll be well on your way.

Waiver

Before jumping at Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park there is a little bit of paperwork that is required, and we try to make it as simple as possible.

Everyone who is going to jump must have a signed liability waiver from the specific Sky Zone park that they are jumping at (a Sky Zone waiver at one park does not carry over to other parks). If a jumper is under the age of 18, the liability waiver MUST be signed by the minor's parent or legal guardian.
Waivers for birthday party packages and group events are only valid the specific day of the event; they are not put into the system for future use. Once a valid/legible Sky Zone waiver from a walk-in customer has been received/entered into the POS system, that jumper does not need to bring another waiver for a period of 1 year.

Visit the website of the Sky Zone that you wish to visit to download their specific waiver or fill it out electronically. You can click the 'Change/Choose Location' button in the top right corner to find the Sky Zone park nearest you.

Please note that prior visits to Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park cannot, unfortunately, ensure that your waiver will be on file. If there is any doubt in your mind, please bring a new waiver or phone us ahead of time to see if your waiver is still valid.

Ages

Sky Zone is FUN for just about any age, shape or physical ability.

Session Times

Open jump sessions begin every 30 (some locations begin every 15) minutes during normal hours of operation. Walk-ins are welcome, but please keep in mind that there is a court capacity and certain jump times can sell out. Please note that 3-D Dodgeball, or specific court availability, cannot be guaranteed with admission.

Sky Sock Policy

Jumpers at Sky Zone will be fitted for, and are required to wear, Sky Socks. Please wear new ones or bring ones from a prior visit!

Size Separation

Because Sky Zone attracts jumpers of just about any age and size, our team members reserve the right to move guests around to different courts or different sections of courts for safety, if necessary.

Reservation Information

Pre-purchased tickets for groups of 14 and under can be purchased online by visiting the local website of the Sky Zone park nearest you. (Click the 'Change/Choose Location' button in the top right corner to find the Sky Zone nearest you.) Groups of 15 or more may make a reservation by calling their local Sky Zone. A reservation guarantees jump time for a confirmed number of jumpers.

Capacity differs based on facility.
