Owners, Dale and Rhonda See, opened Sky Zone Buffalo in November 2011 after they had scoured WNY for a place to have some good ol' fashioned family fun. A quick search on the internet introduced The Sees to Sky Zone and the rest, they say, is history! After taking a quick visit to Sky Zone Minneapolis, The Sees had such a blast, that they decided to open a franchise here in Buffalo (and recently another in Rochester!).

Jumpers under age 5 are required to be accompanied by an adult on the court for supervision only. This adult will be admitted to the courts free of charge, but is not permitted to jump on main court or participate in any jumping activities that do not involve the direct supervision of the child. This is to protect the safety of both the child and parent. Toddlers are only permitted to jump in the designated TODDLER AREAS as well as rotate in queues for basketball and foam pit if permitted by their supervisor adult. Please be aware that this is a new policy and will be strictly enforced starting March 1, 2013. We do have designated Toddler Time hours with more freedom for jumping parents; visit the "Special Sessions" tab for more information.

Join us every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am-noon. It's just $8 per toddler per hour ($6/30min). One parent/adult is required to be on the courts (for FREE) to help supervise their little one. We just ask that any adults wanting to work on their latest move, spin, or flip to join us during Open Jump instead of Toddler Time. Toddler Time is a safe haven where our little ones can play like the big kids!

In order for you to get jumping smoothly, here are a few items you may need to know. We want nothing to get in the way of your fun or your overall experience at Sky Zone. So take a minute to look through this list and you'll be well on your way.

Before jumping at Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park there is a little bit of paperwork that is required, but we try to make it as simple as possible.
Everyone who is going to jump must have a signed official Sky Zone Buffalo release waiver.
If a jumper is under the age of 18, the waiver MUST be signed by the minor's parent or legal guardian. Once a valid/legible Sky Zone waiver has been received and entered into our system, it becomes valid for 1 year.
Please note that prior visits to Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park cannot, unfortunately, ensure that your waiver will be on file. If you are unsure if your waiver is on file, please call us prior to your jump session and we can verify it or recommend you bring another waiver with you. Waivers in our online waiver queue may be purged after the waiver remains inactive for long period of time. If you are unsure if your waiver is on file, please contact us at 716.206.3300 and we can verify your waiver is in the online queue or already on file.

Sky Zone is fun for just about any age, shape or physical ability. For our younger jumpers, our jump shoe sizes are available down to a youth size 10. Jumpers with sizes smaller than 10 are allowed to jump barefoot (no socks).
S e s s i o n T i m e s
Open jump sessions begin every 15 minutes during normal hours of operation. Walk-ins are welcome, but please keep in mind that there is a court capacity and most jump times do sell out. Pre-purchasing online tickets is strongly recommended. Please also note that 3-D Dodgeball, or specific court availability, cannot be guaranteed with admission.

A pair of our special Sky Zone SkySocks are waiting for you at the front desk upon check in; jump sock rental fee is not included with your tickets. However, SkySocks are REUSABLE and only cost $2. You may use SkySocks from previous trips to SZ or other area Sky Zones (like socks from Buffalo!) Jump socks allow for more traction than going barefoot and have a grippy surface on the bottom to help you stick while you're practicing your flips. By prohibiting shoes that have been worn outdoors, the Sky Zone courts can be kept as clean as possible! No type of outside footwear is permitted. Our sock sizes run from youth size 5 to adult size 14 (mens); see chart below for more details. Jumpers whose sizes fall outside of our sock sizes must jump barefoot.

Because Sky Zone attracts jumpers of just about every age and size, our court monitors reserve the right to move guests around to different courts or different sections of courts for safety, if necessary.

Pre-purchased tickets for groups of 14 and under can be purchased online by clicking the 'Buy Tickets Online' link at the top of this page. Reservation fees apply ($1.00/person). Groups of 15 or more may purchase tickets at a discounted group rate by calling us at 716-206-3300 to register for a jump time. $100 deposit required.
C a p a c i t y
Inside Sky Zone Buffalo, there are 4 trampoline playing fields, plus our FOAM ZONE (a real crowd favorite). Our total capacity is approximately 130 jumpers at any given time. This number is subject to change based on size and age of jumpers. Much like a movie theatre, once our capacity has been met, we must wait for a space to become available before selling more tickets.
F r e q u e n t l y A s k e d Q u e s t i o n s
If you fit into our special socks we'd love for you to wear them. We sell socks from size 5 kids to 14 for men. Socks are only $2 and are absolutely reusable for future visits. If your child is too small to fit into our socks than he/she canjump barefoot (no shoes or socks). We encourage the use of Sky Zone jump socks for cleanliness both on the court and on your feet. By prohibiting shoes that have been worn outdoors, the Sky Zone courts can be kept as clean as possible for all our guests. No type of outside footwear is permitted for open jump sessions.
Yes. Every jumper needs to sign a liability waiver. If you are under the age of 18 your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the facility. Waivers can be downloaded on our website or picked up at the facility
We do try to accept walk-in customers during all open hours of operation (subject to availability); however reservations are recommended for a confirmed number of jumpers and time. Frequently jump times will sell out due to reaching our maximum capacity on the courts. In the interest of the safety of our jumpers we are NOT permitted to oversell jump sessions even to squeeze in just one more ticket-- so please purchase your tickets in advance online to guarantee your spot. During peak jump times, we can sell out as far as 7+ hours in advance, especially when kids are off from school for a holiday. If you are interested in a birthday party package or bringing a group of 15 or more jumpers at a discounted rate, please phone 716-206-3300 in advance to your arrival. Birthday parties generally need at least a 2 week lead time, sometimes more as weekend parties can sell out even months in advance.
Our general rule is that valid/legible waivers for walk-in customers are kept on file for one year. However, for a variety of reasons, this cannot be guaranteed. It's always a good idea, if there is any doubt, to bring a new one or phone ahead to see if your waiver remains valid.
No, there is technically no age limit. We have jumpers as young as 18 months and as old as 80! Our motto is: "If you can walk, you can fly!" That said, our Open Jump ticket rates are the same for all ages, so if you have a jumper under the age of 5, you may want to check out our special Toddler Times available for a reduced ticket price.
Also, currently the weight maximum for each trampoline square is around 600 pounds. So, don't let weight be a deterrent! We are proud to advertise that our patented trampoline playing courts are perfect for just about everyone, regardless of size, age, height, and ability!
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not allow any outside food or drink. We do, however, have an awesome SKY CAFE that includes tons of great beverages and snacks to keep you full and hydrated! Birthday Parties and private Group Events may request a catering menu from their Event Coordinator. A $50 to $75 Room Fee may apply to Group Events wishing to use a party room to eat.
At this time, the online ticketing program is not yet configured to sell SkyPerformance (or Toddler Time) tickets. We're working on it (right now, I promise!), but in the meantime, please feel free to stop at the box office and pick up your tickets for jump sessions that are days or even weeks in advance. If you can't make it here to buy tickets earlier, we recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before the class starts, to purchase tickets early (15 minutes early for toddler time). SkyPerformance classes are getting more popular but are limited to 25 people per session, so advanced tickets are the perfect way to guarantee your spot. Toddler Time is not as busy as our fitness sessions and there are generally plenty of spots available; however, it is always smart to purchase tickets in advance, for any session, in order to guarantee your jump session times. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer ticket sales over the phone unless you are a Get Fit or Monthly SkyPerformance Member. Member tickets may be reserved over the phone because they are pre-paid.
Absolutely. Give us a call at 716-206-3300 to work out all the details, but we can certainly open up during the morning or afternoon to accommodate a large school trip! Pricing is the same as our group open jump discount (depending on the number of jumpers).

HAVE FUN, but FLY SAFE while you are on the Sky Zone court - and in an effort to reduce the potential for injury, we ask that you become familiar with and abide by the rules below and, even more importantly, keep all your activities and movements within your own personal limitations and comfort level. DO NOT ATTEMPT anything that you are not capable of. Court monitors help ensure that rules and regulations are followed. Participants should not jump on a Sky Zone court without a court monitor present. In addition:
- Everyone that enters the Sky Zone court must have completed a valid/signed Sky Zone waiver. Those under 18 must have it signed/completed by their parent or legal guardian.
- You may not have anything in your mouth (gum, candy, etc.) on the Sky Zone court.
- Empty your pockets entirely.
- Do not sit or lie on the court. If you are tired and need to rest, you must exit the court.
- No pushing, tackling, running, racing or horseplay of any kind.
- Do not touch or hang on to any of the top pads on the court.
- No double bouncing.
- Single flips are permitted. No double flips, and do not flip over the pads.
- No more than two flips in a row.
- Flips and other tricks can be dangerous ... perform at your own risk.
- You can bounce and flip off the sidewalls, but you must land on the first trampoline next to the wall you bounced off of. You must be in control of your body at all times.
- Do not attempt anything outside of your personal limitations or abilities.
- Jumpers are separated by size as best as possible. Be aware of those around you and jump with people that are of similar size.
- Do not touch any part of the basketball backboard or netting.
- Follow all facility rules, and please keep in mind that this is a listing of just some of our general rules. It is not an all-inclusive list, and rules are subject to change.
- Failure to adhere to any of these, or other, rules at Sky Zone can/will result in the loss of your jump time.

We are always sitting: at the table, in the car, at a desk, and on the couch. That means we all need to start jumping more! Jumping on a trampoline will get your blood pumping, force you to take deep breaths, and will definitely make you break a sweat! Many people think that trampolines are just a backyard toy for kids, but there are studies that have confirmed the benefits of jumping on trampoline, for both kids and adults.

"For similar levels of heart rate and oxygen consumption, the magnitude of the biomechanical stimuli is greater with jumping on a trampoline than with running." A report published by the Journal of Applied Physiology states.
What does that mean? It means that 10 minutes of bouncing on a trampoline provides the same level of cardiovascular health benefits as 33 minutes of running, which lead them to claim that"rebound exercise is the most efficient, effective form of exercise yet devised by man."
The health benefits of trampolining were initially explored during WWII when the U.S. Navy found that pilots’ spatial awareness could be increased through the use of trampolines in training exercises. Then, NASA continued the practice of using trampolines to train to help astronauts cope with weightlessness and differing body positions in flight.

Jumping against gravity strengthens all body systems and is considered one of the most beneficial aerobic exercises ever developed. It’s proven that cardiovascular activity increases your heart rate and pulse rate. That means jumping works the heart muscle. It also strengthens major muscle groups that help contribute to a healthy cardiovascular system.
Why? Because as you come down on the trampoline surface, you put greater gravitational pull (G force) on your muscles. Heart muscle fibers will get stronger. That means all of your muscles and muscle layers will grow stronger, too. With each bounce, sixty trillion cells in your body are continuously being strengthened.
Because your heart is pumping stronger, your blood circulation is better. Good circulation ensures that oxygen is pumped round your body more efficiently and that makes you feel healthier and more alert. Doctors sometimes even recommend trampoline exercise as a form of physical therapy after heart attack to help strengthen the muscle.

Although bouncing provides intense training for our cardiovascular systems and muscles, it is a “low-impact” workout. This means the equipment (the spring) absorbs 80% of the shock from the rebound. This shock absorber reduces the amount of shock absorbed by the bones and joints (like the knees and spine) and reduces the chances of injury. A repeated low impact exercise builds and strengthens the bones and muscles which results in toning, better balance, co-ordination and good posture. This is because your vertical acceleration and deceleration is soaked up by the trampoline field; whereas hard surfaces such as roads and treadmills do not have enough flexibility to do this.
Because the trampoline offers low impact activity, it can actually replace other forms of cardiovascular or aerobic activity without undue stress on the joints.
