All guests must fill out a new waiver; Limited number of guests (35% capacity) and social distancing floor markers for queuing at lobby and key attractions. For this reason, all guests entering the facility must purchase a jump ticket. Facial masks that cover the mouth and nose are required at all times while in the building. In addition all guests will need to answer 3 COVID-19 questions and have their temperature taken upon arrival.
Guests 18 or older may sign up in person at the park.
Memberships can only be paid with a credit card; no cash, no gift cards accepted.
Guests are encouraged to ask a team member for details to understand which package works best for them.
A 3-month minimum is required at sign up. In addition to speaking with a team member, we encourage all guests to read through the terms and conditions, as well as their contract. All guests must sign up or cancel membership in person and at the park only.
