Final Balance (Parties Costing $500.00+)

Due 14 Days Before Party

All parties with an estimated final price of $500.00 or more will need to place an additional payment equal to 30% of their final balance at least two weeks prior to their event.
Your deposit will count towards this 30% payment requirement!

Make sure that your 30% payment is confirmed if your final balance is over $500.00, otherwise your party is unsecured and unconfirmed.

Complete your Liability Waiver(s)

Make sure that you have completed a waiver for your child or children and remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/legal guardian. Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in.

What to expect from the day you book to your party day schedule

Confirmation Call

A representative from our Event Team will give you a call the week of your event to review final details. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, more food, and party favors for your guests!

Early Arrival

Party parents, the Guest of Honor, and other Party Guests should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to jump time in order to check-in. When you arrive at Sky Zone, head to the Event Check-In desk to meet your party team!

Before Jump Time

When jump time is over, your Party Host will lead the party to the room to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks and cake!

Time to Jump!

When it’s time to jump, your Party Host will review safety reminders before leading party Guests to the courts and attractions to play. The Party Host will remain with the party Guests during jump time. He/She will check-in with you periodically, and will let you know next steps before separating from the group to set-up the party room. Please note you will not have access to your party room during your jump time.

Party Room Time!

When jump time is over, your Party Host will lead the party to the room to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks and cake!

Park Specific


Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. All parties cancelled 7 days or more in advance will be reimbursed in the form of a Sky Zone gift card.


If you wish to downgrade your party package, you must call prior to 2 days prior to your event date.


Since upgrading is not guaranteed, we encourage you to book for the larger package initially.
Upgrades will be granted on a first come-first serve basis per availability.

Final Balance

The final balance of your party will be collected on the day of your event at the park. For your security purposes, if using a credit card to pay, you will be asking to present ID.


Dodgeball is not guaranteed for all parties, unless a private court package is booked (Platinum Package). Size separation is still enforced on private dodgeball courts.

Age / Size Separation

Jumpers of different age/size groups will be asked to jump in different areas or sections of the court. On dodgeball, if jumpers are in two different size groups, games will be rotated. We cannot guarantee that all Guests in your party will be able to play dodgeball at the same time.

Additional Jumpers

We are not guaranteed to have the capacity to add on extra jumpers to your party. If you need to reserve for any additional jumpers, we must be notified at least 2 days prior to your event.

Additional Food

Due to kitchen volume, additional pizzas need to be added on 2 days prior to your event date to guarantee they will be available at your room time.

Additional food is subject to a 3-day notice to add on. Ask a Team Member about additional food!

Outside Food/Drinks

Our park does not allow any outside food or drinks in our facility, aside from a cake or other dessert item (cupcakes, ice cream, etc) that you are responsible for bringing. There is a fridge/freezer for you to store your dessert while you are jumping! 

If you prefer to bring in your own outside food or drinks, we require a $50 fee.

Parents & Spectators

We encourage all ages to join the fun! If you would just like to watch, you will have free admission to the platforms and viewing areas. Parents who choose to watch their younger children on the courts and attractions are only permitted to stand on the pads while wearing our mandatory SkySocks and MUST have a completed waiver on file. You will be given a PADS ONLY/PARENT NO JUMP pass from a team member during your check-in.

Late Arrivals

Should you or your guests arrive late, we will not be able to grant additional jump time or party room time.

Early Arrivals

Our team members will be ready to assist you at your designated check-in time (20 minutes prior to jump time), early arrivals are not guaranteed immediate assistance due to the scheduling of prior parties.


Jumpers with casts, splints, or sharp/hard objects will not be allowed to enter the playing field for the safety of all jumpers.


1 time only reschedule at no cost (3 or more days before scheduled event)
Reschedules 3 days or less before your scheduled event will result to a $50 reschedule fee.
No refund on deposits will be given after event being rescheduled.

Room Capacity

Party Room 1 (Reserved for Silver & Gold Packages ) - Seats up to 20 Jumpers with space for 5 non-jumpers (does not guarantee seating)

Party Room 2 (Reserved for Platinum ) - Seats up to 30 Jumpers with space for 10-15 non-jumpers (does not guarantee seating)

Party Room 3 (Reserved for Platinum ) - Seats up to 30 Jumpers with space for 10-15 non-jumpers (does not guarantee seating)

Party Area 4 (Reserved for Silver & Gold ) - Seats up to 60 Jumpers with space for 20-25 non-jumpers (does not guarantee seating)

  • The final balance will be collected the day of your event at your party check-in.

  • Our park does not allow any outside food or drinks in our facility besides the dessert that you are responsible for bringing. However, we have you covered with pizza and soft drinks in your party room! Talk with one of our Event Specialists at least 2 days prior to your event to add on more pizza/soft drinks!
  • We will provide all supplies needed for the party, besides the dessert! Supplies include plates, napkins, cups, cake knifes, lighters.

  • Yes! We encourage parties to add on additional jump time to enjoy our activities even more! An extra 30 minutes of activity time will be $4/jumper and an extra 60 minutes is $6/jumper. Additional jump time would be added after your party room time.
  • Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own goodie bags, but keep in mind that we can handle the party favors for you if you add on one of our levels of Sky Zone themed bags!

  • All jumpers are required to have a liability waiver filled out. Spectators that are not participating will not be required to have a completed liability waiver.
  • To guarantee additional pizzas or food you must call at least 2 days in advance to add on. Feel free to request additional food at your check-in, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it will be available.
  • You can come by our park any time we are open to pick up hard copy invitations with envelopes or you can create your own digital invitation (see link above).
  • Your party is over after your room time. Guests can purchase additional jump time after the room time on a first come, first serve basis with the cashiers.

  • Unless you have reserved a Gold or Platinum Package, dodgeball will not be guaranteed for your participants. Availability will be based on private bookings, and age/size separation.

    Gold Party Packages can upgrade to a private court for $100.
    Platinum Party Packages include a private court.

  • No, your room time will be scheduled for the hour after your jump time only.

  • We have three party rooms located downstairs. Our fourth party area is located upstairs with no elevator access.

  • Yes, SkySocks are the required footwear for all jumpers and are included with the price of your party package.

  • Our priority is making sure the pizza, soda, and dessert is served during your party room time. Most parties prefer to take their gifts home to open, but if opening the gifts during your room time is a priority, please communicate this with the Event Team at the park.

  • For the safety of all jumpers, age/size separation will be strictly enforced on our Freestyle Court and Dodgeball Courts.

  • Gratuity is optional, but greatly appreciated!

  • Yes, as long as it can be set up and cleaned up within 10 minutes. If you want anything to hang on the walls, we require that you bring wall putty (no tape or tacks allowed). We do not allow confetti, glitter, or piñatas.
