Sky Cup Is Bringing the heat

Offer available in-park only between June 15, 2026 and July 10, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) at participating Sky Zone® indoor trampoline park locations (each a “Location”).

Cup Giveaway Offer: Sky Zone members, including holders of (i) Extra Play Annual Memberships, (ii) Extra Play Monthly Memberships, (iii) Founder’s Annual Memberships, (iv) Holiday Annual Passes or (v) Summer Play Passes (collectively, “Members”) who visit a Location on a weekday during the Promotion Period may receive one (1) complimentary Sky Cup stadium cup (the “Stadium Cup Gift”), while supplies last. Eligibility applies to: (a) existing Sky Zone® Members with an active membership in good standing during the Promotion Period, and (b) Guests who complete the membership enrollment process for new Sky Zone® memberships on‑site at a Location during the Promotion Period.

Cup Giveaway Eligibility and Redemption:

1. Members may walk in or reserve jump time online to visit a Location during the Promotion Period (subject to each Location’s availability and capacity restrictions).
2. To receive the Stadium Cup Gift, the Member must have an active Sky Zone® membership in good standing (or alternatively, a Guest must enroll in a new membership on‑site) while visiting the Location on a weekday during the Promotion Period.
3. Each Location will verify membership status upon check‑in and will record Stadium Cup Gift redemption.
4. Limit one (1) Stadium Cup Gift per eligible Member while supplies last; the Stadium Cup Gift must be collected in-park at the Location’s check-in counter during the Promotion Period and is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to weekly inventory limits at each Location, which may vary.

Member Appreciation Night (June 30, 2026)

Event Details: An in-park Member Appreciation Night will be held June 30, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time at select Locations (each an “Event”).

Event Giveaway: Sky Zone members, including holders of (i) Extra Play Annual Memberships, (ii) Extra Play Monthly Memberships, (iii) Founder’s Annual Memberships, (iv) Holiday Annual Passes or (v) Summer Play Passes (collectively, “Members”) who attend the Member Appreciation Night may receive one (1) complimentary Sky Cup drawstring bag (the “Event Gift”) while supplies last.

Member Appreciation Night Eligibility and Redemption:

1. Members must have an active Sky Zone membership in good standing at the time of the Event.
2. Members may bring one (1) guest to attend the Event at no charge, subject to Location capacity and registration limits; however, guests are not eligible to receive an Event Gift.
3. Limit one (1) Event Gift per eligible Member, while supplies last.
4. Event Gifts are distributed in-park during the Event only and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Offer and these terms and conditions may be modified or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, including but not limited to Stadium Cup Gift type(s), Event Gift type(s), quantities, eligibility requirements, the Promotion Period’s duration, Event timing, or redemption requirements.

Gifts will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last and subject to weekly inventory limits at each Location.

Limit one (1) Stadium Cup Gift per eligible Member total during the Promotion Period and one (1) Event Gift per eligible Member at the Member Appreciation Event; Locations may verify membership status and record Gift redemptions at check‑in. Stadium Cup Gifts will be distributed in‑park at the check‑in counter only on weekdays and Event Gifts will be distributed only at the Event.

Stadium Cup Gifts and Event Gifts cannot be transferred, substituted, resold, or redeemed for cash.

SkySocks® are required to jump and are sold separately; contact Locations for details.

All guests visiting Locations must have valid waivers on file in order to access Sky Zone® facilities.

Offers cannot be combined with any other offers, deals, discounts, or promotions.

Restrictions may apply at each Location based on capacity. Age and height restrictions may vary by attractions. Attractions may vary and may be closed for maintenance.

Guests may be asked to leave a Location’s premises in the event that guests violate any safety rules or other park requirements. Violating a Location’s policies or rules may additionally result in cancellation, suspension or revocation of Location visitation privileges under a membership, in each instance without any refund.

By attending the Event or redeeming a Stadium Cup Gift or Event Gift, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the Sky Zone® brand’s Privacy Policy (available at www.skyzone.com/privacy-policy) and the use of their personal information as set forth therein.

Offer available in-park only between June 12, 2026 and July 10, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) at participating Sky Zone® indoor trampoline park locations (each a “Location”).

Offer: During the Promotion Period, Guests who purchase a standard jump ticket at a Location, may be eligible to receive one (1) complimentary Sky Cup promotional giveaway item (each a “Gift”) per day during designated “Sky Cup Soccer Skill Activity Hours”, while supplies last, as described below.

Eligibility and Redemption:

1. Sky Cup Soccer Skill Activity Hours will be offered Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time during the Promotion Period, subject to each Location’s availability and capacity restrictions.
2. During Sky Cup Soccer Skill Activity Hours, the first fifty (50) eligible Guests per Location may receive one (1) Gift per day, while supplies last, based on the following schedule throughout the Promotion Period:
   1. Week 1: Silicone wristbands 
   2. Week 2: Silicone wristbands
   3. Week 3: Soccer pop-top pens
   4. Week 4: Soccer ball key chains
3. Giveaways are available only to Guests who purchase a paid standard jump ticket for that day and who are present within a Location during a giveaway. Sky Zone® Members are not eligible to receive Sky Cup Giveaways; separate giveaways may apply to Members.
4. Participation in the Sky Cup Soccer Skill Activities is not required in order to receive a Gift.
5. Gifts are available to eligible Guests on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
