SPONSOR. The Sponsor of the Sky Zone Guest Appreciation Event Giveaways (“Sweepstakes”) is CircusTrix Holdings, LLC (“Sponsor”), 13155 Noel Road #1750 Dallas, TX 75240. Sponsor is free in its discretion to make use of others who might participate in administering, operating, or fulfilling the Sweepstakes, including assistance with prize selection, technology, tabulation, data services, fulfillment tasks, supplying or contributing to a prize, promotion, or advertising, or otherwise generating interest in the Sweepstakes (“Promotion Supporters”).
ELIGIBILITY. Subject to the other requirements set forth in these Official Rules, the Sweepstakes is open only to: (a) legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Individuals under 18 years of age may enter only through and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and any prize awarded to such entrant may be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian. Employees of Sponsor, Promotion Supporters, any of their direct or indirect affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person are not eligible to participate. Any Sweepstakes entries received from ineligible participants will be disqualified. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes entry period starts on July 9, 2026, at 10 am Central Time (CT) and ends on July 12, 2026 at 5 pm CT (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer systems are the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. All Entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible to win.
HOW TO ENTER. To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible participants must do the following during the Sweepstakes Period: attend the Guest Appreciation event at Sky Zone Baytown, 3501 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521 and submit an entry form. Limit one (1) Entry per person.
By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor and Promotion Supporters are not responsible for late, unsent, inaccurate, unreadable, duplicative, auto-generated or incomplete Entries, regardless of cause, including without limitation, due to human, computer, or technical error or methods, act of God, pandemic or force majeure, whether caused by the participant or by any of the equipment, devices, software, mobile application or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or by any technical, computer, systems, network, or human error that may occur, including without limitation, in the submission or transmittal of any entry or the processing of any function on a participant’s computer system or device. Participant must notify Sponsor of any changed contact information within the Sweepstakes Period to remain eligible to win based on entry. Any disputes regarding eligibility, residency, entry methods, entry content, and ownership of an e-mail account will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual suspected or found to be tampering with the entry process, Entries, mobile devices, computers, tabulation systems, or the operation of the Sweepstakes; acting in violation of these Official Rules or applicable laws or regulations; or acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person or entity. Any use of AI technologies or of robotic, automatic, programmed, fraudulent or duplicative entry methods is strictly prohibited. Any such Entries will be void and the responsible participants disqualified. All determinations shall be in Sponsor’s sole discretion and are final and binding.
PRIZE PACKAGE. Sponsor will conduct sixteen (16) random drawings during the Sweepstakes Period, with the timing and prize allocation determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, consisting of: Twelve (12) Annual Passes (ARV $169.99) that includes unlimited jump time Monday to Friday and two hours of jump time on weekends for 365 days from date of activation, subject to applicable Annual Pass terms, park rules, capacity restrictions and availability; and four (4) Mega VIP Party packages for up to 10 jumpers (ARV $480). Prizes may be redeemed at Sky Zone Baytown, 3501 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521. Prizes must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of award unless otherwise notified by Sponsor.
Prize package items are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual prize providers and exclude fees, transportation, delivery, and taxes, which are the winner’s responsibility. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. If any prize item becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another item of equal or greater approximate retail value. Determination of the prize package items to be awarded, and the timing, delivery, and awarding of same, will be in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions shall be final and binding.
ODDS OF WINNING. The chances of winning the prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
WINNERS SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. The winners will be selected in random hourly drawings on each day of the event (July 9, 2026 – July 12, 2026), from among all eligible Entries received during corresponding day of the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winners will be notified by email, telephone, direct message, or other contact information provided on the entry form on or about July 13, 2026.
The potential winner must respond to Sponsor or its designee within five (5) business days of being notified or the prize may be forfeited, and another Sweepstakes participant chosen. Winner must agree to share winner’s full name, address, email address and phone number to Sponsor if requested and to permit the sharing of this information to enable fulfillment of the prize. The winner must satisfactorily complete Sponsor’s affidavit of eligibility showing compliance with these Official Rules. The winner must also sign Sponsor’s liability and publicity release, allowing Sponsor and Promotion Supporters to use winner’s name, likeness, and other biographical information for advertising, marketing, and other purposes. Failure to complete these forms may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that no eligible Entries, or an insufficient number of eligible Entries, have been received, Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prize.
Without limitation of any other affidavit or release given by a participant, participants consent to the use of their Entry, name, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical information by Sponsor and Promotion Supporters for public relations, advertising, and promotional purposes in perpetuity, worldwide, in all media now known or later devised or discovered, without notice or compensation of any kind, in accordance with applicable law.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any fees and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Winner should consult a qualified tax advisor for proper tax treatment of the same. Once the prize is accepted by the winner, Sponsor shall have no further responsibility or liability with respect to the prize.
GENERAL. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules of the Sweepstakes in any way at any time, subject to applicable laws.
Sponsor and Promotion Supporters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this Sweepstakes for any reason, including should viruses, bugs, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond their control corrupt or impair the administration, security, integrity, proper conduct or fairness of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and Promotion Supporters are not responsible for any human, computer, or technological error that may occur in the execution and promotion of the Sweepstakes, the processing or handling of Entries, or the fulfillment or delivery of the prize.
Sponsor and Promotion Supporters are not responsible for any problem, error, omission, defect, delay, unauthorized transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or provider, computer equipment, mobile app, website, software, failure of any e-mail, submission or entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problem or traffic, congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any damage to participants’ devices, related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR INTERFERE WITH ANY WEBSITE, APP, ENTRY METHOD, OR ENTRY FORM, OR USE OF ANY MEANS, ALGORITHM, PROGRAM, AI TECHNOLOGIES, OR PROCESS TO INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE AND LAWFUL OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY RESPONSIBLE PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THE SWEEPSTAKES AND PRIZE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, AND SPONSOR AND PROMOTION SUPPORTERS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, SPONSOR AND PROMOTION SUPPORTERS DO NOT GUARANTEE, WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE WILL BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, PROTECTED FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR DISCLOSURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES, DEFECTS, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
PARTICIPANTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ACTIONS AND FOR THOSE OF ANY FAMILY MEMBERS OR GUESTS RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE. ALL PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND PROMOTION SUPPORTERS, AND THEIR PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, RETAILERS, AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CLAIM OF INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, DISABILITY, LOSS OR LIABILITY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY. ONCE THE PRIZE HAS BEEN DISTRIBUTED, PARTICIPANTS UNDERSTAND THAT THERE CAN BE NO CLAIMS FOR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND AGAINST SPONSOR AND PROMOTION SUPPORTERS.
PRIVACY. Any personal information submitted by participants will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy https://www.skyzone.com/privacy-policy/ and the winner’s personal information also will be subject to the respective privacy policies of the Promotion Supporters. By participating in the Sweepstakes, and without limitation of any other affidavit or release given by a participant, each participant acknowledges that Sponsor and Promotion Supporters shall have the right to use participants’ personal information, which may include, without limitation, name, image, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and biographical information, including in connection with the Sweepstakes and for publicity and promotional purposes.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Except where prohibited, each participant agrees that: (a) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor and Promotion Supporters shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be (i) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (ii) filed only in the federal or state courts situated in Harris County, Texas and participant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event shall include attorneys’ fees; and (d) under no circumstances will any participant or winner be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
SEVERABILITY AND NO WAIVER. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines any provision of these Official Rules or any portion thereof to be unenforceable, such provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, to give the intended effect thereof, and the remainder of these Official Rules will continue in full force and effect. Any failure by Sponsor or Promotion Supporters to act with respect to a violation of these Official Rules does not waive its right to act with respect to that violation or subsequent or similar violations.
