  • Recent Park Policy Updates: Jumpers and spectators are required to wear Sky Socks and have a valid waiver on file to be on the activity platform.

Party Upgrades/Downgrades: We will do our best to accommodate party add on’s on the same day of your event. However, due to scheduling, inventory, & capacity reasons we ask that you give us a 72 hour notice if you would like to upgrade or downgrade your party package and/or add on extras like food, party favors & jumpers. We will not issue refunds if you have less jumpers show up than what your package includes.

Deposit & Refund: You are required to put down a deposit at the time of event booking. That deposit is fully refundable until up to 7 days prior to your party. If you wish to cancel your party within 7 days of the event, we will put your deposit on a Sky Zone Gift Card and no refund will be allowed. We can also reschedule your event to a different date/time. If you need to cancel your event, you will not be permitted to re-book your event for up to 7 days from your cancellation date.

From start to finish this was the easiest birthday party! A team member called to confirm everything, I didnt have to set up or clean up and they took care of EVERYTHING. The party perks were excellent (shirt, two extra 60 minute passes, VIPP passes and drinks, and the surprise group photo and birthday prize wheel). My son felt like the whole place was celebrating with him, he felt very special. Each team member we encountered made us FEEL like VIP parents too. It was great.

When we checked in for the party, Marissa was extremely helpful and was very sweet with all the kids (and we had a few rambunctious ones! ?) In the party room, Jess was wonderful! She made up plates of food for each of the kids and attended to their needs, freeing me up to enjoy time with the family. The facility itself was nice and clean and all the staff we came in contact with were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Our birthday party was booked for the wrong day. We got a call earlier in the week to confirm our party, realized it was scheduled for the wrong day, but were able to work it out for correct date. Staff was easy to work with and even stayed open a little later to accommodate our party. Very well organized, clean, friendly, good food. I was so impressed with the service. I got to sit and enjoy the party while the staff served the food and ran the party. We all had a fabulous time, and I would recommend Skyzone to friends.

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper however, if they will be going on the platform they will need a pair of Sky Zone Socks for $2.99

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.

Is the birthday child included in the birthday jumpers?

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

What does the party host do?

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Can I add extra jump time?

For. Sure. If you have the Jump Around Package you can add 30 minutes of jump time for $50. If you have the Super Jump Package you can add 30 minutes of jump time for $75. If you have the Supreme Air Package you can add 30 minutes of jump time for $100. This must be arranged through your party planner prior to your event.

Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Yes! Each level of Membership has a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A minimum $100 deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total balance of the party package.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel at least 7 days priors to your booking date.
