The last thing we want to do is leave you hanging. So we’re here to answer all your questions. And if you’re not finding what you need here, feel free to call your local park for extra support.
Are Sky Zone socks required to jump?
Yes. Only socks with the Sky Zone logo are allowed on our courts. We sell special SkySocks in the park as both a safety and cleanliness measure. And you get to keep them after! Because who wants to put on used socks, anyways? Orange socks are $5/pair, and multicolor socks are $6/pair.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes! We have a variety of food, snacks and drinks available for purchase in case you need to refuel in between backflips or after soaring into the foam pit.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
When are Glow Hours?
Glow hours are 7pm-10pm Fridays and Saturdays. Open Jump hours end at 7pm Fridays and Saturdays. During Glow Hours, all jumpers MUST wear a fluorescent shirt that glows perfectly brightly under the blacklights. Glow shirts may be purchased in-park for $10/shirt.
Who needs a waiver?
A Sky Zone Bismarck liability waiver is required for each jumper. Those under 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. Waivers expire after 12 months, after which a new waiver is required.
Is there an age limit for admittance?
All ages (young and old) are welcome at Sky Zone. Because limits aren’t really our thing.
When can I jump?
Jump time begins every 30 minutes (on the hour and on the half hour). No need to buy online! Walk-ins are always welcome! Please sign your waiver, then come to our park to purchase your tickets. If you didn’t sign your waiver online, you can sign it in our park, too!
Can I leave a child unattended at a Sky Zone park?
Children under the age of 14 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.
