Your Party Schedule
Fill Out a Waiver
All guests are required to have a valid waiver completed before the time of booking. If any guests are under the age of 18, they must have their own parent/legal guardian sign their waiver for them.
Early Arrival
Party parents, the Guest of Honor, and other Party Guests should arrive 20-30 minutes prior to jump time to check-in. When you arrive at Sky Zone, head to the Party Check-In desk to meet your party team!
Time to Jump!
You and your party guests get an all access pass to our state-of-the-art facility! All the attractions are included in the jump time, so no one misses out on the fun!
Party Room Time!
When jump time is over, your Party Host will be in the party to the room to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks and cake!

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?
Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.
Can I add jumpers after I book the party?
Yes. We can add Jumpers at the time of check-in.
Is the birthday child included in the total jumpers?
Yes. Each package comes with a different amount of jumpers and the birthday child is included in that number.
How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?
All ages are welcome.
When should everyone arrive for the party?
All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.
What does the party host do?
A lot. They ensure your room is set up with pizza, drinks, plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.
Who needs waivers and how do we sign?
All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.
Can I add extra jump time?
Yes! Only once your party is finished (after the designated party room time) you can purchase more jump time.
Is there a birthday party discount for Members?
No, members do not get discounts on birthday parties.
Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?
A $115 deposit is required at the time of booking online. The deposit is applied to the total amount.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel/re-schedule anytime as long as it’s before the 72-hour window of the booking (3 days before the booked date). If you cancel withing the 72-hour window you will lose the deposit amount.
Your deposit is refundable up to 3 days before your scheduled event. Should you cancel your event within 3 days of the scheduled date, you will forfeit your initial deposit. You are able to reschedule your event 2 times without penalty; however, we cannot guarantee that any specific dates/times will be available. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT KEEP CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE for payment of the remaining balance, which is due upon check in.
Can I bring a cake?
Absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring your own cake/ cupcakes or fruit/ veggie tray, we just ask nothing hot or prepared. We do have a fridge and freezer if needed.
Can I decorate the party room?
For sure! Party room decorations are allowed however we ask you do not tape anything to the walls, as well as NO party poppers/piñatas are allowed. Keep in mind, you will only get access to the room 5-10 minutes before the scheduled room time.
Can I bring in presents/gifts?
Yes! We just ask that presents are opened at home as time does not allow for all presents to be opened during the 40 minutes in the party room.
Do I get access to the room while jumping?
No, you will not have access to the party room until after the hour of jumping.
When do I give my pizza & drink order?
We can take your order at the time of check-in. If you would like to let us know in advance, feel free to send us an email with your full name, booking date & time and your order.
I booked a Little Leapers Party and one of the kids is over 5.
We are very strict with the Little Leapers Program. If a child is over the age of 5 they will not be allowed to jump on any of the trampolines/equipment but they can attend in the party room.
My child(ren) have food allergies, what can they eat?
We make all our pizzas in house and DO NOT allow any hot/prepared food in the building. Depending on the allergy, we do offer gluten-free pizza or you can bring in your own special cheese (dairy free) and we can use that on your party pizza. If you would like more details please give us a call or send an email.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my party package?
Of course! Depending on what package you originally book for, we can adjust jumpers and packages right at the time of check-in.
What does Sky Zone supply?
We supply:
- Party plates, napkins, cups, and cutlery
- A designated Sky Zone host for your time in the party room
- We have candles, knives, and lighters for cakes!(You are welcome to bring your own specialty candles)
What happens if I miss the 2 week deadline for bookings?
Unfortunately, all party bookings close after the 2 week window. You are more than welcome to book a group event if you are hoping to celebrate on a specific date. For more info about our group jumps click here.
Can I book over the phone/in person?
All birthday party bookings must be done online through the Sky Zone Kitchener website. If you are ready to book your party, please click here.
What comes first, the jumping or the party room time?
Th jump time will come first (1 hour) followed by the party room time (40 minutes). Your jump time starts right at the time you have booked for.
Party Planning Reminders
Send Out Your Invitations
Create a custom digital invitation and download to send to your invitees! Be sure to include the check-in time for your Guests. Digital Invitations can be printed at home or saved as a PDF document to be shared with friends and family as an email attachment.
Complete Your Liability Waiver(s)
Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in. Remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/legal guardian.
Submit Your Guest List
Email a list with the first & last name of each jumpers you are expecting in your party so our event team can notify you of who still needs a valid waiver & to speed up your check-in time!
