Find all your to-do's and party-planning reminders right in one place

Send out your Invitations

Create a custom digital invitation and download to send to your invitees! Be sure to include the check-in time for your Guests. Digital Invitations can be printed at home or saved as a PDF document to be shared with friends and family as an email attachment. Please make sure when creating your invites to mention that your check in time is ALWAYS 30 minutes prior to your jump time!

Complete Liability Waiver(s)

Make sure that you have completed a waiver for your child or children and remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/legal guardian. Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in. Remind guests that their waiver may be expired as they are only valid for 12 months from the day they were filled out last (not from when they were here last).

What to expect from the day you book to your party day schedule

Confirmation Call

A representative from our Event Team will give you a call 3-4 days before your event to review final details. This will be your opportunity to add on extra participants, more food, and party favours for your guests!

Early Arrival

Party parents, the Guest of Honor, and other Party Guests should arrive 20 - 30 minutes prior to jump time to check-in. When you arrive at Sky Zone, head to the Event Check-In desk to meet your party team!

Before Jump Time

Guests will receive SkySocks and jump stickers to put on once we confirm their waiver is valid and will hang out at the bleacher area with the Party Host while they wait for jump time to start.

Time to Jump

When it’s time to jump, your Party Host let you know what party room you are in & what time to meet there at. Then they will review safety reminders before sending the Party Guests to the courts to play! . The Party Host will then Verify your food order with the Event Assistant & go set-up the party table. Please note you will not have access to your table during your jump time (only after).

Event Table Time!

When jump time is over, your Party Host will lead the party to the event table to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks and cake! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to talk to the host! You will have access to the event table for 40 minutes. We have an outlined schedule of your room time displayed in each table.

  • Outside food that is not approved is prohibited!
  • Absolutely NO : Chips, popcorn, candies, Ice Cream, outside Pizza.
  • Pinatas, Confetti, Glitter
  • Sparklers
  • Excessive Decorations (Must be able to set up & take down in 10 minutes)
  • Party plate, cups, napkins (we supply all of that!)

Policies

Cancellation

Required $100 deposits on parties are non-refundable if cancelled. You can re-schedule to a later date with more than 10 days notice of your event without a penalty. If the event is re-scheduled within 10 days of your event date there is a $50 re-scheduling fee. If you cancel your event within 10 days of your scheduled event your deposit of $100 is non refundable - any payments in excess to the $100 deposit are refundable in store credit only via gift card.

Downgrading

If you wish to downgrade your party package, you must call prior to 2 days prior to your event date.

Final Balance

The final balance of your party will be collected on the day of your event at the park before your Party Guest start Jumping. 

Age/Size Separation

Jumpers of different age/size groups will be asked to jump in different areas or sections of the court. On dodgeball, if jumpers are in two different size groups, games will be rotated. We cannot guarantee that all Guests in your party will be able to play dodgeball at the same time.

Additional Jumpers

We are not guaranteed to have the capacity to add on extra jumpers to your party. If you need to reserve for any additional jumpers, we must be notified at least 1 day prior to your event.

Additional Pizza

Due to kitchen volume, additional pizzas need to be added on 1 day prior to your event date to guarantee they will be available at your room time.

Parents & Spectators

We encourage all ages to join the fun! If you would just like to watch, you will have free admission to the platforms and viewing areas. Parents who choose to watch their younger children on the courts and attractions are only permitted to stand on the pads while wearing our mandatory SkySocks (not included in package) and MUST have a completed waiver on file. Please ask for a PARENT NO JUMP pass from a team member during your check-in.

Late Arrivals

Should you or your guests arrive late, we will not be able to grant additional jump time or event table time.

Early Arrivals

Our team members will be ready to assist you at your designated check-in time (30 minutes prior to jump time), early arrivals are not guaranteed immediate assistance due to the scheduling of prior parties.

Casts

Jumpers with casts, splints, or sharp/hard objects will not be allowed to enter the playing field for the safety of all jumpers.

Rescheduling

You can re-schedule your party without a penalty if done more than 10 days before the event date. If you re-schedule within 10 days of your event date there will be a $50 fee added to your event.

  • Party/event deposits are non-refundable.
  • The final balance will be collected the day of your event at your party check-in BEFORE your kids are sent up to jump.
  • Our park does not allow any outside food or drinks in our facility besides the dessert that you are responsible for bringing & a Fruit/Veggie Tray. However, we have you covered with pizza and soft drinks in your party room! Talk with one of our Event Specialists at least 1 day prior to your event to add on more pizza/soft drinks!
  • We will provide all supplies needed for the party, besides the dessert! Supplies include plates, napkins, cups, cake knives, lighters.
  • Yes! We encourage parties to add on additional jump time to enjoy our activities even more! Choose the $4.99 +tax stay and play option to upgrade your party passes to 'No Time Limit' tickets after your event! Stay as long as you'd like!
  • Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own goodie bags, but keep in mind that we can handle the party favors for you if you add on our loot bags to your party!
  • All jumpers are required to have a liability waiver filled out. Spectators that are not participating will not be required to have a completed liability waiver. Please note: If your party is during our GLOW session, ALL guests are required to have a liability waiver completed (jumpers and spectators).
  • Due to kitchen volume, to guarantee additional pizzas or food you must call at least 1 day in advance to add on. Feel free to request additional food at your check-in, but unfortunately we cannot guaranteed they will be on time.
  • You can create your own digital invitation (see link above).
  • Yes, the birthday child will be one of the jumpers in your head count,
  • your party is over after your event table time. Guests can purchase additional jump time after the room time on a first come, first serve basis with the cashiers. Choose the $4.99 + tax 'Stay and Play' option to upgrade your party passes to 'No Time Limit' passes!
  • No, your event table time will be scheduled for the 40 minutes after your jump time only.
  • Yes, SkySocks are the required footwear for all jumpers and are included with the price of your party package. Any Parents of toddlers who would like a PARENT NO JUMP sticker must buy a pair or reuse a pair they've already purchased
  • Our priority is making sure the pizza, soda, and dessert is served during your event table time. Most parties prefer to take their gifts home to open, but if opening the gifts during your event table time is a priority, please communicate this with the Event Team at the park.
  • For the safety of all jumpers, age/size separation will be strictly enforced on our Main Court and Dodgeball Courts.
  • Gratuity is optional, but greatly appreciated!
  • Yes, as long as it can be set up and cleaned up within 10 minutes. If you want anything to hang on the walls, we require that you bring wall putty (no tape or tacks allowed). We do not allow Sparklers, confetti, glitter, or piñatas.
