Athletic clothing is HIGHLY recommended for SkyFit Classes. Outside that is really up to you. Typically participants wear yoga pants, shorts, or sweat pants and a T-shirt or tank top. Ladies with long hair should also either braid it or put it into a bun.
Sky Socks must be worn on the trampolines at all times. Jump socks from other parks and yoga socks are unfortunately not allowed.
Yes! SkyFit is safe and we do allow kids to participate in SkyFit classes with parents but we do ask that they are ready to workout during the class.

Trampolining is a low impact activity by nature. That being said, previous and re-occurring injuries do increase the risk while bouncing. The best idea is to know your limit and bounce within it. If you are unsure, you can always come to try the class. Let the instructor know about the situation before the class and take it slow. If you feel off, do not continue the class and we will give a full refund. With that in mind, any metal or hard plastic braces are not permitted on the court without first talking with the instructor and manager on duty. Ankle wraps and soft braces are permitted as long as they fit under your Sky Socks.
SkyFit is a physically demanding workout which takes a mix of coordination and balance. We highly recommend that all participants try jumping during open jump to get a feel for the trampolines first.
