Sky Zone is the leader in the trampoline park industry when it comes to safety and injury prevention as it has the lowest injury rate of all North American trampoline park brands. At Sky Zone, we pride ourselves on ensuring guest safety through following procedures: - We have a defined set of rules that are posted and are played on both audio and video recordings throughout the park. In addition, we communicate these rules to each of our guests before they start jumping. These comprehensive rules provide the highest level of safety in the industry. - Our Court Monitors supervise each court individually to ensure the rules are always followed. We believe strongly that our approach to court supervision perfectly combines the safety supervision needed with an interactive and engaged approach designed to maximize our guests’ enjoyment of the park. This approach sets us apart from the competition as we are able to seamlessly prioritize what is important to both child and parent. - To ensure our equipment remains in optimal condition to maximize enjoyment and safety, we perform daily maintenance on the trampoline infrastructure (springs, straps, pads, trampolines, etc.) and the other attractions throughout the park. This maintenance guarantees the safest possible recreation facility in a way that embraces our core values of awesome, healthy, fun. Should you have any additional questions about the safety standard and expectation Sky Zone offers, please contact the park directly.

Yes! Trampolining is an effective, low-impact form of exercise that according to a study conducted by NASA concluded that 10 minutes of trampolining is a better workout than a half-hour of running or jogging. The exact number of calories burned is dependent on the person who participates, the intensity of the bouncing and the types of jumps performed. The heaver you are, the more calories you burn while bouncing. Ultimately, the best part of a trampoline park work-out is that you have fun doing it. Soaring on our trampolines will not only work your legs, your lungs and give you an awesome cardio workout, it will also work your smile muscles as well. When you’re suspended in mid-air or in the heat of competition, nothing matters but the moment. This is the joy of play, so come refresh your mind and engage your muscles. You will always leave our park feeling better than when you entered!
Our most popular jump time option is 90 minutes as we have found that this length of time produces the highest guest satisfaction scores. We highly recommend our unlimited jump as well because it offers you the chance to invite other people, take appropriate time to refresh/relax and enjoy all of the attractions available.
Once you have filled out a waiver form, your waiver will expire one year from date of arrival. Note: We updated our waiver in September, 2017 so any waivers from before then will need to be re-signed.
All waiver forms are now available online for your convenience to save time. You can also fill out our electronic waiver when you have arrived at our facility.
Yes! You can always fill out the waiver form for the child under 18 by using our online waiver system. Any waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian is legitimate for one full year after the initial signing. If another individual over 18 years old (teacher/coach/etc.) signs the waiver on behalf of the child under 18, the waiver is only legitimate for the one-time visit.
For all jump times other then GLOW, spectators do not require a waiver. For our GLOW events, ALL guests must fill out and sign our electronic waiver.
Spectators are welcome to come watch and observe at no charge. We do encourage all healthy guests to try jumping though as you never know how much fun it is until you try it!

Guests using the “MAPS” app on their Apple product (Iphone, Ipad, etc.) have had issues with the address 200-400 Fort Whyte Way as the Maps app doesn’t have a road listed under that name and instead condenses the address to Whyte Avenue which is in the West End of Winnipeg. We have contacted Apple about this issue and hope to see a change made soon. In the mean time, if you type in Sky Zone on your Maps app, it should direct you to the correct location. We have not seen this issue with guests using Google Maps so far. We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience.
