Founder’s Membership Terms & Conditions 

1. Nature of this Offer
This Founders Membership Promotion allows you to enroll in an “Elite”-tier membership at the Sky Zone® indoor trampoline park located at 2141 Central Park Avenue Yonkers, NY 10710 (the “Location”) from the Location’s opening date until 1/23/26 (the “Promotional Period”) at a special promotional rate of fifty percent (50%) off the regular cost of an “Elite”-tier membership. Enrollment in the membership program through this promotion, as further described in Section 2 below entitles you to be charged a promotional “Membership ” rate each month so long as your membership remains active and in good standing at the Location.

2. Activation and Membership Enrollment

To enroll in the Location’s “Elite”-tier membership program at the promotional “Founder’s Membership ” rate,  you must complete the “Founder’s Membership ” sign-up for the Location online, or in-person at the Location. Additionally, you must: 

• Agree to the Location’s then-current form of Membership Agreement; and 

• Affirmatively consent to automatic and recurring monthly membership payments, which will begin upon enrollment, by checking a box acknowledging such recurring billing terms. 

In completing the membership enrollment process, you will be required to acknowledge that your membership will automatically renew for successive one-month terms unless and until it is cancelled. Your first automated payment will commence on your enrollment date and continue every thirty (30) days thereafter until you cancel your membership. Upon the date of each automatic monthly renewal, the Founder’s Membership  promotional rate, plus any then-applicable taxes, fees, and charges will be charged to your payment method on file.  

You acknowledge that if you do not want your membership to renew, you must cancel it at least three (3) business days before the next automatic renewal date. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account through the online membership portal and using an automated self-cancel feature or by contacting the Location directly to initiate the cancellation process; provided, however, cancellation of your Founder’s Membership  will result in the permanent forfeiture of the promotional rate and buddy pass benefit as further described in Section 3 below. Instructions on creating a membership account and accessing the online membership portal will be automatically sent to the email account you provided in connection with the membership enrollment process. 

Lastly, please be advised you must complete and sign a new waiver at the Location, even if you have previously completed and signed a waiver for a different location.

3. Buddy Pass Benefit; Forfeiture of Benefits Upon Cancellation
The Founder’s Membership  includes a complimentary 90-minute buddy pass benefit per month, allowing you to bring one guest to the Location per month to jump for 90-minutes for free. This benefit is valid only while your Founder’s Membership  remains active and in good standing. If you cancel your Founder’s Membership , you will permanently forfeit your promotional Founder’s Membership  rate and this buddy pass benefit. For clarity, if you cancel your Founder’s Membership  and later choose to reenroll in any membership program at the Location, the Location’s then-current monthly membership rates, program tiers, and associated benefits and limitations will apply. Unused buddy passes do not not roll over to the following month and will automatically expire if not used during any month.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
After enrolling in the membership program, the Location’s standard membership terms and cancellation policies will apply with respect to the membership program and your recurring monthly membership payments as further described in Section 2.

6. Limitations  

• • Offer valid only for membership enrollments completed during the Promotional Period specified above.  
  • SkySocks® are required to jump and are sold separately. 
  • Access to the Location is subject to availability, capacity limits, and operating hours. Attractions may be closed for maintenance. 
  • A Founder’s Membership does not entitle you to attend to special events, private parties, or other programs unless otherwise specified.
