Make sure that you have completed a waiver for your child or children and remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by the own parent/legal guardian. Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in.

What to expect from the day you book to your party day schedule

Confirmation Call

A representative from our Events Team will give you a call the week of your event to review final details. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, party balloons, more food or party favors for your guests!

Final headcount of jumpers is due 5-7 days prior to the event. At that time, the number of jumpers documented is guaranteed and can NOT be decreased. Additional jumpers may be added after that time if capacity allows but is not guaranteed, especially on peak week-end days, if not reserved in advance.

Don't hesitate to give us a call if you haven't heard back yet and want to add on or make changes to your party!

Check In

A reminder to have your guests check in for your event 20-30 minutes prior to the start of your jump time. This allows for a more efficient check in process where we will gather all party gifts, trade shoes for the right size Sky Socks, verify guest waivers, add additional food/drinks or even last minute party favors to your party and accept final payment and provide you with a receipt.

Jump Time and Celebration Time

Jump Time is always first.... Fun before Food!! Unless additional time has been added, you will have 60 minutes to enjoy all that Sky Zone has to offer and since there's a lot, we recommend you add on at least 30 additional minutes for your guests for only $6 per jumper. If you're really wanting to go all out, then double your time with an extra 60 minutes for $10 per jumper or add a round of Laser Tag!

Celebration in Party Room is next... now that they've worked up a thirst AND appetite, we'll be ready for your crew in a private party room so they can enjoy another full hour of celebration. The room will be ready with all your guests' party gifts, as well as drinks and food, including cake or cupcakes you may have provided.

Policies

Refund Policy

A deposit of 50% of your final total is expected at the time of booking your reservation. This deposit is completely refundable up to 14 days before your scheduled event. Should you choose to cancel your event within 14 days of the scheduled date, you will forfeit your initial deposit.

There are no refunds based on the turnout of your event.

Reschedule Policy

With a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled event, you are allowed to reschedule 1 time without penalty. Additional rescheduling requests will require a $50 processing fee to be paid at the time of the reschedule. There are no refunds for rescheduled events.

Any reschedule within or less than 24 hours of your event will forfeit the initial deposit and a new reservation must be made with a new deposit.
