Cashier, Court Monitor, Concessions, Party Assistant, Party Host, Event Coordinator

Cashier
As cashier, you have one of the most important jobs in the park.You will welcome Guests to the park and set the stage for a WoW experience. You will complete sales transactions and provide provide the highest level of Guest service in a fast-paced environment. Cashiers must have the ability to handle money and resolve Guest issues and concerns.

Court Monitor
Court monitors are expected to manage the risk while Guests are jumping and enjoying all the attractions by ensuring court rules are followed. Court monitors will work directly with guests providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety regulations. Must be able to project voice in a loud environment and be able to resolve Guest issues and concerns.

Fuel Zone Concessions
You'll deliver WoW while delivering food and beverages to our Guests. Working in concessions will require an individual who likes to stay busy, who is organized and can follow the latest health and food regulations. You'll learn how to make awesome pizzas, and other hot foods as well as running the cash register.

Party Assistant
As a Party Assistant, you create the first WoW moment for party Guests on the day of their big event! You will greet and handle event check-in procedures, as well as all check-out procedures, including finalizing party sales transactions. As Party Assistant, you will make sure party rooms and staff are running on schedule and will ensure that parents and kids expectations are exceeded throughout the time our party Guests are with us.

Party Host
Or as we like to say, Party Pro!! Sky Zone Party Pros will help create a fun, engaging and memorable experience for our Guests! Party Pros will greet and escort Guests throughout their event with Sky Zone. Host duties will include setting up and cleaning up party rooms as well as serve refreshments. Party Pros must have the ability to project voice and enforce rules with large groups of children so excellent communication skills are required. Must maintain positive relations with Guests and troubleshoot when concerns arise.

Event Coordinator
As Sky Zone's Event Coordinator, you are responsible for being the first point of contact for Sky Zone, by answering phone inquiries about events, and serving the public as a valuable resource.  You will be responsible for assisting with event sales, making reservations for all types of Sky Zone events and ensuring that all pre-event procedures are adhered to for a smooth and efficient process for our Guests.  Must have the ability to handle event paperwork, organize and file and possess excellent communication skills.
