Membership Options
Guest must have a valid credit card on file to enroll in a monthly membership. Membership auto-renews monthly, with a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3-month commitment, membership continues on a monthly basis. Membership agreement may be cancelled per written request by Guest or Management with Sky Zone. Initial monthly membership begins the date the guest signs up for the program and makes first payment. Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the name attached to the membership. Sky Zone Membership includes one jump per day, except with Elite+ membership as indicated. Additional jump time may be purchased at regular prices. Merchandise discount does not apply to Sky Socks and Party Supplies. Valid for walk-in only, subject to availability and jump time cannot be reserved in advance. Electronic agreement with full terms & conditions is required and available in-park at time of sign up. Valid electronic waiver must be on file the duration of membership term.

SZ ELITE+ Membership
- A SZ Elite+ membership will allow you to redeem Unlimited Jump Time during Open Jump hours Monday through Friday and 120 Minutes Saturday and Sunday when your membership is active!
- A SZ Elite+ membership is also valid for 90 Minutes Jump Time during GLOW and Little Leaper programs when offered.
- Minimum party package of 10 paid jumpers required.
- Limited to one discount per year, per member.
- Maximum discount of $100.
- Must be a member at time of Birthday Party.
Fuel Zone Discount
- Elite+ members qualify for concession discounts
- Receive 20% off of Sky Zone Merchandise (excludes Sky Socks & Party Merchandise)
SZ Elite+ Parent Membership – $9.99/month
- An individual’s child or children must have a SZ Elite+ membership.
- Discounted rate is available for one (1) parent per Elite+ child membership.
- Any additional parents, or step-parents would be subject to the regular Elite+ membership price or the current jump ticket price.
- Parent membership good for jump time only, does not qualify for other perks or member discounts.
SZ ELITE Membership
- A SZ Elite membership will allow you to redeem 90 minutes once per day, during Open Jump hours when your membership is active!
- A SZ Elite membership is also valid for 60 minutes per day for GLOW & Little Leaper programs when offered.
- Members qualify for a 1 free fountain drink per visit with a Fuel Zone purchase.
- Minimum party package of 10 paid jumpers required.
- Limited to one discount per year, per member.
- Must be a member at time of Birthday Party
- Receive 10% off of Sky Zone merchandise (excludes Sky Socks & party merchandise)
SZ BASIC Membership
- A SZ Basic Membership will allow you to redeem 60 minute once per day, during Open Jump hours when your membership is active!
- Basic membership is not valid during GLOW, Little Leapers, or other programs.

Can I Cancel My Membership?You can cancel your Membership after completing the minimum commitment based on your agreement. After you meet your minimum commitment, membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless you submit a cancellation request. Requests must be received at least 7-days prior to your next billing date. Refer to your agreement or ask a team member for details.Is My Membership Transferable?Memberships are only valid for the original Guest and cannot be shared. We’d be happy to sign up your friends or family for their own Membership so you can use the benefits together!Is My Membership Valid at all Sky Zone Locations?Your Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up, SKY ZONE CHARLESTON, WVCan I Upgrade My Membership at Any Time?Yes! We will be happy to upgrade your Membership so you can receive added benefits!Can I Downgrade My Membership at Any Time?After you complete the minimum commitment, you can downgrade your Membership. Feel free to contact us.What Is a Parent Add-On Membership?Having an Elite membership allows a parent/legal guardian to get their own Parent Add-On Membership and jump with their child at a greatly reduced rate. Parent membership includes jump time only and does not qualify for other perks.
