The Sky Zone team members took very good care of us, especially once we got to the party room. All of the guests were attended to and everyone had an awesome time. The staff is great! Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park activities. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they may add an Observer Pass.

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of Sky Socks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Yes. To best accommodate, contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome, however if all jumpers are under the age of 5, you may want to schedule a Little Leaper party, offered during our Little Leaper program.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

What should I bring?

    • Outside food or drinks.  (if a guest has special dietary restrictions, please discuss with your event coordinator in advance)

What does the party host do?

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They can also assist with the cake and decoration set-up (tablecloths, balloons & party favors), help serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

Special note: Due to limited time and responsibilities, party hosts may not be available to assist with more elaborate decorations such as balloon arches or blowing up balloons prior to room time.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers and observers in the active play area will need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Can I add extra jump time?

For sure! You can add 30 minutes of jump time for $6 per jumper or 60 minutes for $10 per jumper to any of our party packages. Laser Tag parties will also need to add Sky Socks to any add-on jump time. This must be arranged through your event coordinator.

Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Both the Elite and Elite+ Memberships have a discount on regular priced birthday parties after a 10 jumper minimum. Must be a current member on date of party. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with our Event Coordinator and is applied to the total amount.  Balance is due 48 hours prior to party date.

What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?

You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel at least 14 days priors to your booking date.

Things happen and with a 48 hour notice, you can reschedule your event at no additional cost!  Just contact us for a new date and time.
