Memberships renew monthly on the day of purchase.

Sale: Memberships on-sale, either online or in-person at valid locations. They begin on the day of purchase and end whenever cancelled.

Terms and Conditions
Void where prohibited by law. Offer only at Sky Zone park where purchased. Offer or these terms and conditions may be modified or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

Membership automatically auto-renew unless cancelled.
All guests must have valid waivers on file in order to access Sky Zone facilities.
No cash redemption or transfer of offer permitted (one guest per membership). Taxes may apply. All sales are final.

Sky Socks are required to jump and are sold separately.
Guests may be asked to leave a Sky Zone park’s premises in the event that guests violate any safety rules or other park requirements.
Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Your membership is location specific and can only be used at the park where it was purchased.
Are socks required to jump?
Yes. We sell special Sky Socks in the park as both a safety and cleanliness measure. And you get to keep them after! Because who wants to put on used socks, anyways?
Can I reuse my SkySocks?
Yes! Bring back your Sky Socks to reuse on your next visit as long as they are in good condition. It’s probably a good idea to wash them first, though.
How do I cancel my Membership?
All membership cancellations must be submitted through the Member Portal.
