Free Birthday Party at Sky Zone Clermont | Terms & Conditions:

1. Sponsor
This giveaway contest (Birthday Party Raffle) is sponsored and hosted by Sky Zone Clermont, located at 2510 South Highway US. 27 Clermont FL 34711.

2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of The United States of America, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sky Zone Clermont, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on 4/10/26 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on 5/1/26 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Contest by:

• Filling out the online Google Form found through our Facebook Page.

Limit: One (1) entries per person.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Free Birthday Party Package at Sky Zone Clermont, which includes:

• 10 Jumpers (60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes, or GLOW)
• 9 Pairs of Basic Sky Zone Socks
• 1 Pair of Elite Sky Zone Socks
• 2 Pizzas (Cheese or Pepperoni)
• 3 Pitchers of Soft Drinks
• 1 Hour of a Private Party Room (3 Hours for GLOW Package)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $299 – $379, depends upon chosen Party Package.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within three (3) days after the Contest ends. The winner will be notified via provided email or phone. If the winner does not respond within three (3) days after Sky Zone Clermont reaches out, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Redemption Conditions
The birthday party must be booked by 6/1/26. Availability is subject to scheduling and blackout dates may apply.

Recipient of prize must show valid ID matching information submitted in the Google form.

8. Participant Offer (10% Discount)
All participants who enter the Contest will receive a 10% discount on their next birthday party booking at Sky Zone Clermont.

• This offer is valid until May 1, 2026.
• The discount must be applied at the time of booking.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
• The discount has no cash value and is non-transferable.

9. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Sky Zone Clermont reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest.
• Sky Zone Clermont reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms.

10. Liability Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sky Zone Clermont and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or use of the prize.

11. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Contest and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

13. Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
