Complete Your Waivers
Make sure that you have a waiver for your child or children and remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/legal guardian. Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in!
If you send us your guest list, we can check to see if they have their waivers. Send your list, with your party date, to Sherri.firstname.lastname@example.org
What to expect from the day you book to your party day schedule
A member of our Event Team will contact you the week of your event to review final details. This will be your opportunity to add extra jumpers, more food, and party favors for your guests!
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to make sure everyone is checked in. We don't want anyone to miss out on their entire jump time.
Before Jump Time
Before you start jumping, your party host will collect shoes, presents, etc. from the jumpers. Your host will give all the jumpers our rules speech. Once that is completed, your guests will be ready to hit the courts.
Your party will have 60 minutes of jump time for Silver and Gold and 90 minutes of jump time for Platinum. Your party host will stay with your group the entire time. If your group needs anything, just let your host know.
Party Room Time
Once your jump time is over, your host will gather up the jumpers, and escort them to the party room. You will have 60 minutes in your private party room. The tables will be set and the pizza will be ready when you get there. You will have time to eat pizza and cake. You should even have time to open some presents.
Your final receipt will be ready for you 15 minutes before your time ends. You can take care of it when it is convenient for you. If you're happy with how your hosts performed, a tip would be appreciated, but it isn't mandatory.

Event deposit is refundable only until 7 days before the event - Must call and verbally cancel with our Event Team.
Downgrade policy requires a notice at least 48 hours in advance. Package upgrades are first come first serve – must be done 48 hours in advance.
If you reschedule within 7 days of event, the deposit becomes indefinitely non-refundable and a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged.
Remainder of payment is due at party check-in or after the party.
It is mandatory that ALL participants must sign an electronic online waiver; if participant is under the age of 18, their PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN will need to sign it for them. Without an electronically signed online waiver, participant will not be able to jump with party on the day of.
Outside Food & Party Room Availability
No outside food or drinks allowed except cake/cupcakes/cookies/ice cream.
Please note private party room will not be available during jump time. Your event host will join your party in the party room once the jump time is complete.
Most guests leave a tip, but it certainly isn't mandatory.
Party room 1 is on the main floor. If wheelchair access is needed, please request this room.
Yes. Sky Socks are the required footwear for all jumpers and are included with the price of your party package.
An additional 30 minutes can be purchased for only $5 per jumper!
