Complete you Liability Waiver(s)

Make sure that you have completed a waiver for your child or children and remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/legal guardian. Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in.

Send Out Your Invitations

Create and download a custom invitation and send to your guest list. You print the invite, attach it to an email, or upload to a Facebook event. The options are endless! Please look at your confirmation email for dates, start time and end time of your event! Printed invitations are also included with your party package and are available for you to pick up at the park!

Catering

Due 4 Days Before Party

Did you speak with a party specialist about what you want your guests to eat during your event? We offer many different items including Pizza's, Salads, Chips and Salsa, Fruit Platters and Veggie Platters. We also have an amazing extended catering menu. Please call our our event specialists to add on any food at least 4 days prior to your event.

Attached to your confirmation email was a Contract and Guest List. Please feel free to email us your guest list.

What's included in your package?

All of our packages include:
  1. 30 min check in time
  2. 1 hour of jump time
  3. 1 hour inside of our private party room (after jump time)
  4. Sky Socks for each paid jumper.
  5. Set up and Clean up of the party room
  6. Plates, cups, and napkins, utensils, table clothes

What to expect from the day you book to your party day schedule

Arrival

Please arrive on time to your event for check in! We do require a 30 minute check in time to ensure that all jumpers have valid waivers on file prior to jumping. We also ensure that all items purchased are on your order. If there is a remaining balance we take final payment. The jumpers will be given our jumping rules! Those that are there on time will get out to jump one time! When you arrive at Sky Zone, head to the Event Check-in desk to meet your party team!

Jump Time

Your event comes with 1 hour of jump time included. We do require that all of our jumpers wear our Sky Socks during the jump experience. If you are interested in more jump time then please do inquire, this is subject to availability. Please note that you will not have access to your party room during the jump time. If you would like to add on room time please give us a call.

Party Room Time

Your room is a set schedule. You will not have access to your party room until the agreed upon time. Please refer to your confirmation email for your room time. We do offer additional room time for an additional fee, this is subject to availability. Please contact us to see what is still available. During your room time your host is serving you and your guests! If you see a pitcher of drink that needs refilling let us know! We will be happy to re-fill it.

Policies

Waivers

Outside food

We do NOT allow the following:

1) Outside Food with the exception of Cake or Cupcakes (Party Room must be purchased in order to bring in the exceptions)
2) Outside Drinks this includes cases of water.
3) Coolers
4) Alcohol

Deposit

We do take a 50% deposit to hold any event with us. From the time of booking $100 is non-refundable. If cancelled within 1 week of the event the entire deposit is forfeited.

Rescheduling

We can reschedule your event up to 3 days prior to your event. If we are within 3 days of the event there will be a $50 rescheduling fee. Once a party has been rescheduled the $100 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited if the party is canceled at any point.

Arriving on Time

We do require all jumpers to be on time for check in. If you the party parent are late, every 30 minutes you are late you will be charged $50. If any of your party guests are late they may lose out on jump time and room time.

Excessive Mess

If there is anything above and beyond during the clean up process of your room, then there will be a $50 cleaning fee. Please do NOT break a pinata, have glitter etc...

Party Rooms

Please contact a Sky Zone Team Member about the size of your room. Most of our rooms hold about 30 people TOTAL. If you are interested in reserving a larger room please contact a Sky Zone Team Member for details and pricing.

All of our party rooms are located on the ground floor.

Upgrading/ Downgrading

With our customizable party package your can upgrade or downgrade your jumper count all the way up until your party time. Please let a Sky Zone Team Member know if there is a change in your jumper total. Last minute add on jumpers are not guaranteed based on facility capacity.

Payment

Remaining balance of the event must be paid before the jump time starts, and will be collected during the check in time. You may also call before your event to make payment.

Jumping Rules

While jumping with us please listen to our Court Monitors for rules. They are here to make sure everyone is having fun, and following the court rules.

Left/Lost Items

Sky Zone is not responsible for any left or lost items. Before leaving us, please make sure that you have collected all gifts, foods, decorations, and any other items you need to take home.

  • NO - We do not allow alcohol on the premise.
  • NO - Unless you have added on additional room time and request that this room time be during the jump time.
  • YES - Your toddler can enjoy our location along with you. We do require that you do not enter or jump in the same square as your child.
  • If you have specific requests due to allergies, please speak with a team member during the booking. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
