Warrior Academy will follow a 6-week progression, with a different focus for each class:
Week 1 - Obstacle introduction - Try as many obstacles as possible and begin learning proper technique.
Week 2 - Upper Body focus - Obstacles, courses, challenges and exercises are all centered around upper body/grip strength.
Week 3 - Lower Body focus Obstacles - courses, challenges and exercises are all centered around lower body/balance.
Week 4 - Team course challenges – Work with a team to complete relay races.
Week 5 - Speed Courses – Complete the obstacle course to see who individually has the best time.
Week 6 - Mini Competition - Challenge students to see if there will be a grand champion, showcase their skills, and improve on their best time!
