Complete your Liability Waiver(s)
Make sure that you have completed a waiver for your child or children and remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/legal guardian. Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in.
What to expect from the day you book to your party day schedule
A representative from our Event Team will give you a call the week of your event to review final details. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, more food, and party favors for your guests!
Party parents, the Guest of Honor, and other Party Guests should arrive 30min prior to jump time to check-in. When you arrive at Sky Zone, head to the Event Check-In desk to meet your party team!
Before Jump Time
Guests will receive SkySocks and jump stickers to put on and will hang out by the party check-in desk while they wait for jump time to start.
Time to Jump!
When it’s time to jump, your Party Host will review safety reminders before leading party Guests to the courts and attractions to play. While your party is jumping, your host will set up your room and prep your pizzas! Please note you will not have access to your party room during your jump time.
Party Room Time!
When jump time is over, your Party Host will lead the party to the room to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks and cake!

To receive a full refund on your deposit, your party must be canceled at least 1 day prior to the event date.You are able to reschedule one time without losing your deposit.
When you booked your party you already paid half of the balance. (Unless you booked the week of the party, in which case we require you to pay the full balance at booking). When your party has ended you will check out with a manager or event assistant at the party desk. If you have any questions or concerns about your remaining balance, please let us know at this time.
Dodgeball is not guaranteed for all parties. Size separation is still enforced on private dodgeball courts.
Jumpers of different age/size groups will be asked to jump in different areas or sections of the court. On dodgeball, if jumpers are in two different size groups, games will be rotated. We cannot guarantee that all Guests in your party will be able to play dodgeball at the same time.
Number of Jumpers
Please book for the most accurate number of jumpers you can. We can always raise or lower the number the day of. We can not go any lower than 10 jumpers.
Pizza and other add-on's
Your party comes with one pizza for every 5 jumpers. If you would like to add on additional pizza, you can do so at check-in for $15 per extra pizza. Your party also comes with water and your choice of two other beverages. If you decide to add on a different kind beverage, it is $5 per extra pitcher of drink. We also have goodie bags, chips and slushies that you can add on for an additional cost. One party t-shirt comes with the party. You are able to add on additional party t-shirts for $6 per extra t-shirt.
Parents and Spectators
If you are not jumping but would like to watch, you are welcome to do so. It is no charge to watch. If you are the parent of a toddler that is in a party and would like to be closer to them in the toddler area, you can do so as long as you have a waiver on file and wear our Sky Socks. You will not be able to jump.
Should you or your guests arrive late, we will not be able to grant additional jump time or party room time.
Our team members will be ready to assist you at your designated check-in time (30 minutes prior to jump time), early arrivals are not guaranteed immediate assistance due to the scheduling of prior parties.
Jumpers with hard casts will not be allowed to jump until the cast has been wrapped in bubble wrap or a t-shirt. Please do this prior to arrival at the facility.
We have three rooms. Two of our party rooms have a capacity of 30 people with 3 picnic tables. One party room has the capacity of 20 jumpers and 2 picnic tables.
Decorations and Gifts
We provide you with paper plates, napkins, cups and utensils however you are welcome to bring your own if you are doing a theme. You can also bring balloons, table cover and party favors. Keep in mind that we do not tape anything to the walls, glitter/confetti and pinatas are not permitted. Gifts are to be opened last as long as it does not exceed your room time.
Yes, your deposit is refundable up to 1 day prior to your event date.
The final balance will be collected at the end of your event at the party check-in desk.
Our park does not allow any outside food or drinks in our facility besides the dessert that you are responsible for bringing. This is due to the fact that you only have 40min in the party room which does not leave time for extra food to be served. We do understand that some children have food allergies in which case it is completely fine to bring in food for that specific person.
We will provide all supplies needed for the party, besides the dessert! Supplies include plates, napkins, cups, utensils, cake knives, lighters. (We do have candles if you forget!)
Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own goodie bags, but keep in mind that we can handle the party favors for you if you would like to choose from our three goodie bag options.
You are welcome to pick up paper invitations from us any time after you schedule your party. There is not additional charge for invitations unless you need us to mail them to you. In this case it is $10 for the paper invitations to mailed. You can also use digital invitations to invite your guests. This link for this is included in your confirmation email.
Yes, the birthday child will be one of the jumpers in your head count!
Your party is over after your room time. Guests can purchase additional jump time after the room time on a first come, first serve basis with the cashiers.
You will have access to the party room 30min prior to the end of your jump time and 45min after the jump for a total of 75min in the party room!
Yes, SkySocks are the required footwear for all jumpers and are included with the price of your party package.
Our priority is making sure the pizza, soda, and dessert is served during your party room time. Most parties prefer to take their gifts home to open, but if opening the gifts during your room time is a priority, please communicate this with the Event Team at the park. It is not a guarantee that you will be able to finish opening gifts before your time in the room is over. If there is room in the lobby, you are welcome to sit out there and continue opening them.
For the safety of all jumpers, age/size separation will be strictly enforced on our Freestyle Court and Dodgeball Courts.
Gratuity is optional, but greatly appreciated!
Yes! This must be done at the time of booking and can not be added the day of the party. If you would like to continue to jump after the party, you can purchase a regular open jump ticket at the cashier desk.
