This summer, get your kids in to their BEST SHAPE EVER with Sky Zone's "IRON KIDS" Fitness Program. To promote cardiovascular health, young people need at least one and a half hours of intense physical activity per day. (School of Sports Science; Oslo, Norway). Getting kids to exercise can be a challenge, but SKYCAMP will make exercise a joy and keep your Kids fit and active all summer long! Trampoline assisted sports and games, calisthenics, core exercises and strength-building aerobics, will help tone their body, especially the stomach, back, and legs. Core stability muscles will be consistently engaged and help enhance their balance. It will help boost their metabolic rate and the ability to burn fat and calories. Our Awesome Camp Counselors will provide 6 Weeks of fitness and wellness disguised as FUN including Crafts, Workshops on healthy habits, nutrition, human body & more
