Q: Are there blackout dates?
A: There are NO blackout dates for Basic or Elite Membership (hooray!) However, please note that we are closed on Mondays during winter and closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Q: Is GLOW jump included with membership?
A: Elite membership includes 1 hr of GLOW jump every Friday.
Q: Can I upgrade my general admission jump pass to a membership?
A: Absolutely! You can apply the cost of your admission toward a Sky Zone Membership, so long as the upgrade takes place during the same visit, prior to departure.
Q: When will I be billed?
A: Billing is monthly on the day after you initially sign-up. (e.g. If you signed up on the 5th, your card would be debited on the 6th of the following month).
Q: Can I pay cash for my membership?
Monthly Memberships require a valid credit card. Debit cards or cash cards are not eligible.
A: Can I use my membership at the other Sky Zone locations?
Currently, memberships are only valid at the location where they were purchased.
Q: Is my membership valid for birthday parties or group events?
A: Memberships are valid for General Admission and Toddler Time jump sessions and are not valid for any other promotions, including parties. Elite membership includes 1 hr of GLOW jump every Friday. Members get 20% OFF GLOW jump tickets.
Members who book a Birthday Party can save up to $50 when booking with their membership.
Q: Can I sign-up for Membership for just one month?
A: Membership requires an additional month of commitment after initial sign up. You may cancel the membership after one automatic payment is processed after initial sign up.
Q: How do I cancel my Monthly Membership?
A: If the time ever comes where you would like to cancel your Monthly Membership, you can request do so any time after one automatic payment has been processed after initial sign up. All membership cancellation requests must be made in writing as documented below. We are unable to accept or track verbal communications for membership cancellation at our location or by phone.

Simply text us your request by visiting www.skyzone.com/durham
. Please include each member's name, birth date and request to cancel. For example, if you signed up for membership on March 16th 2019, the earliest you can send in your request to cancel is on April 18th, 2019. Note: We can only accept cancellation requests after an additional month of membership dues have been debited from your account.
Q: How long does it take to cancel the membership?
Please allow 10 business days for us to process your cancellation.
Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
A: There is no cancellation fee. There is, however, a $40 re-application fee if you decide to reinstate your membership within a year from the date of cancellation.
+Memberships are not valid for private events, events (including birthday parties, team parties, corporate events, etc. that require a separate admission), and other programs such as GLOW as noted. Memberships are subject to terms and conditions.
