Membership Options
Terms & Conditions apply. Minimum monthly commitment required. Recurring Monthly Payment. No enrollment fee. Limited to one jump per day. Cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. *Fuel Zone purchase required to redeem $1 or free drink. Special events and promotions excluded from programs. Programs does not include Skycamp or Lock-ins. Party must be booked with a minimum of 10 guests to receive additional 5 free friends. Elite+ members who are under the age of 16 must check-in at the front desk every 120 minutes with a parent/caregiver to receive a new wristband. Membership purchase is not a substitute for kids who require child care or supervision. Kids are only supervised on the trampoline courts for safety. It is the parent’s / legal guardian’s responsibility to provide supervision for their kids while they are in the facility. Parental presence in the facility is strongly recommended for kids under the age of 13.

Why should I sign up for a Membership?
We love our Guests and believe it’s important to Play. Every. Day! So we created a monthly Membership program that allows access to Sky Zone whenever you want at a great value to you and your family!
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See park hours for our Open Jump times.
What is the membership cancellation policy?
You can cancel your Membership after completing your minimum commitment based on your agreement. Refer to your agreement or ask a Team Member for full details. Cancellation requests CANNOT be submitted or processed by phone or email.
Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.
Is my Membership transferable?
Memberships are only valid for the original Guest and cannot be shared. We’d be happy to sign up your friends or family for their own membership so you can use the benefits together!
Can I freeze my membership?
We know life happens and your schedule changes! At this time, if you cannot use your membership more than once per month, you can cancel your membership after completing the initial commitment and come back to re-sign up when your schedule permits!
Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no cancellation fee. We do not offer refunds for unused membership term.
Is my membership valid for birthday parties or group events?
Elite membership qualifies you towards exclusive member discounts and offers for our party packages and special events.
Can I pay cash for my membership?
All Memberships require a valid credit card on file. Debit cards or cash cards are not eligible. We do offer non-recurring passes which can be purchased on site with credit or cash. Please visit the store for details.
