Communication Center Agent

Do you have outstanding guest service skills, and interest in learning more about advertising & marketing? Then we may have the position for you! We are looking for self-motivated, detail oriented individuals to assist guests over the phone using competent and positive verbal communication skills. Candidates must be able to perform in a fast, friendly and fun work environment with knowledge of basic level computer and typing skills, & some experience with Microsoft Office. Strong internet navigation skills recommended.

The Innovative Heights Sky Zone Call Center handles inbound and outbound calls for a total of 9 different Sky Zone locations. Duties include answering general information questions, booking birthday parties and group events, and making outbound confirmation calls. Previous Call Center experience is preferred, but not required. Looking for candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Part or Full Time options available. Call Center is open from 9am - 8pm Monday-Sunday. Any shift could be assigned. Weekend availability is required.


Court Monitor

Our Court Monitors will work directly with guests to provide courteous, friendly, and professional assistance / education while enforcing Sky Zone safety regulations. You are the primary person responsible for the safety of everyone at Sky Zone and ensuring it is cleaned and well maintained. Maturity and a SMILE is a MUST! 
Qualifications: 
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Prior work experience is required
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Availability nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to interact and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
  • Ability to speak in front of groups
  • Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment
  • Ability to inform rules

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Maintain constant surveillance of guests in the facility: act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of guest. Ability to react calmly and effectively in an emergency.
  • Pay complete attention to the court at all times and be very interactive with the jumpers. Never turn back to the court.
  • Keep participants under control so as to not endanger others. Maintain safety of ALL guests.
  • Communicate court rules to all participants.
  • Maintain positive relations and rapport with guest, but firm and command respect.
  • Assist with court inspections.
  • Perform various maintenance duties as directed. Help maintain a clean and safe facility.
  • Attend regular scheduled staff meetings and in service training.
  • Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service.

Sales Associate

Our Sales Associate will provide information, complete sales transactions, and answer phones while always maintaining the highest level of customer service. You are the first person our guests will meet: therefore, your primary goal is to start them off with a WOW experience while completing their sales transaction and introducing them to our park.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Greet our guest ENTHUSIASTICALLY
  • Provide complete information to questions
  • Explain the Sky Zone court and patron policies
  • Handle and enforce waiver policies
  • Complete sales transactions: cash handling
  • Handle concessions inventory
  • Enter ALL data in computer system
  • Stock front desk supplies
  • Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Party Pro

Who does not LOVE a party? You get paid to throw parties / events. You must SMILE and be great with kids of all ages. Our Party Pro will work with kids and adults to create a fun and engaging experience for event guests through courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while upholding Sky Zone safety regulations. During a typical event, for example, the Host would greet / check in party guest and verify waiver compliance, set up / clean up party room promptly, serve food and beverages, etc. The Party Pro will also be expected to assist with cleaning the facility common areas as needed.
Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older

  • Create a fun environment
  • Troubleshoot; appease unhappy customers (all ages) when situation rises
  • Responsible for set up and clean-up of party
  • Greet the party and escort them from the court to the party room
  • Prepare & serve refreshments / food
  • Create a party gift list of presents
  • Custodial duties as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will work directly with guests, providing courteous friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety regulations. He/she will also help train Court Monitors and will act as the first line supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Two years of management experience in a related field
  • Previous management experience with young, part time staff
  • Outgoing, energetic and friendly personality
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills are a must
  • Willing to grow in a high-growth organization
  • Experience with employee scheduling and cash handling
  • First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products
Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
  • Maintaining Sky Zone policies and procedures in all aspects of the business
  • Performing the functions of team members when necessary
  • Ensure the safety, cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility
