Purchase a promotional package featuring four (4) standard 120-minute jump tickets for the price of two (2) jump tickets (a “Pack”) between 8/19/26 and 10/12/26 (the “Promotion Period”) at participating Sky Zone® indoor trampoline park locations (each a “Location”). Taxes and other charges may apply.

Redemption & Expiration
Purchase a Pack during the Promotion Period either in-person or online. The four (4) tickets included within the Pack may be redeemed by up to four (4) different guests and may be used at the same time or during separate visits prior to their expiration. Any unused tickets from the Pack will automatically expire without notice forty-five (45) days after the Pack’s purchase date and without any refunds or other credit(s) to be retained at the Location.

Terms and Conditions

Each Pack includes four (4) standard jump tickets for 120-minute jump sessions; offer cannot be redeemed for any other products, services, or session types, such as GLOW jump sessions, or combined with any other offers or discounts.

The four (4) tickets included within the Pack may be redeemed by up to four (4) different guests and may be used at the same time or during separate visits prior to their expiration.

No cash redemption permitted; discounts cannot be transferred. Taxes may apply. All sales are final.

References to ticket savings are based on the cost of four (4) standard 120-minute jump tickets purchased at full price as compared to the cost of the Pack.

Offer or these terms and conditions may be modified or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, including but not limited to redemption requirements, Pack expiration dates, jump time included with each ticket and Promotion Period duration.

SkySocks® are required to jump and are sold separately; contact Locations for details.

All guests must have valid waivers on file in order to access Sky Zone® facilities.

Restrictions may apply at each Location based on capacity. Age and height restrictions may vary by attractions. Attractions may vary and may be closed for maintenance.

Guests may be asked to leave a Location’s premises in the event that guests violate any safety rules or other park requirements. Violating the Location’s policies or rules may further result in cancellation, suspension or revocation of Location visitation privileges, in each instance without any refund.

By purchasing a Pack and redeeming jump tickets, each guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the Sky Zone® brand’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.skyzone.com/privacy-policy/) and the use of their personal information as set forth therein.

What If I Want to Wear a Costume?

Costumes are a fun way to get into the Halloween spirit. Follow these guidelines if wearing one at a Sky Zone park.

DO 

  • DO wear comfortable costumes that allow you to jump, play, and move freely. 
  • DO choose costumes that are lightweight and breathable to help prevent overheating and reduce potential hazards if parts become loose or fall off. 
  • DO wear the required SkySocks with your costume. 
  • DO choose soft, flexible accessories that won’t cause injury if you land on them. 
  • DO keep costumes securely fastened, so nothing falls off while jumping. 
  • DO wear costumes that allow staff to easily identify and assist you if needed. 
  • DO have fun and get creative! 

  

DO NOT 

  • DO NOT wear masks, helmets, hoods or anything that blocks your vision while jumping. 
  • DO NOT wear capes, tails, scarves, wings, long trains, or loose fabric that could get caught on attractions or create a tripping hazard. 
  • DO NOT wear jewelry, chains, or other items that could snag or become entangled.  
  • DO NOT wear costumes with hard, sharp, or protruding pieces. 
  • DO NOT bring props such as swords, knives, bats, staffs, or other hand-held objects onto the trampoline or other attractions areas. 
  • DO NOT wear costumes with wings, large backpacks, or bulky accessories that could interfere with other jumpers. 
  • DO NOT wear footwear of any kind while in the attraction areas. 
  • DO NOT wear face or body paint when in the attraction areas. 
  • DO NOT wear anything, including accessories, that creates a trip, snag, visibility, or safety hazard.
