We are proud to serve this community and want to assure you the health and well-being of our Guests and Team Members remain our first priority. Whenever you’re ready to come jump, you will see some changes in our parks to create an environment that promotes cleanliness and social distancing. But don't worry, you will still see and feel the same thrills and excitement that you know and love at Sky Zone. 

We’re taking our park cleaning procedures and frequency to the next level, including daily disinfectant spraying or fogging of the entire park using products that meet the EPA criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19.  We are also implementing new standards to reduce capacity, enable social distancing, and promote good hygiene practices within the park.

You’ve always been able to rely on us for innovative ways to play, and we continue to bring this spirit to how we tackle today’s challenges. That's why we're exploring new options for you and your quaran-team to play together at Sky Zone while even further minimizing your contact with other Guests in the park. Stay tuned for updates on these new group reservation options soon!

Dear Sky Zone Greenville Members,

We hope you have been doing well and staying safe during these last few months. As you know, we paused all membership renewals on March 14th, 2020 when we closed down due to COVID-19.

As we look to re-open on 5/29/2020, if you want to continue being a member to Sky Zone Greenville, you will need to sign up again upon your first visit and complete a new waiver. If you do not wish to continue being a member, you do not have to do anything!

We also want to let you know that we are launching a Summer Pass that will allow anyone who purchases it to jump 90-minutes, every day, from June 1st to August 31st, 2020. The pass will be priced at just $44.99 and everyone who was an active member as of March 14, 2020 will be able to receive an additional 10% off!

If you said no, what are you waiting for? The Sky Zone Game app is free to download from the Apple and Android stores and jam-packed with fun mini-games inspired by your favorite attractions in the park. It's the perfect way to get warmed up before you come back in to jump with us!

After you test your skills out in a Dodge'm match or a round of Fruit Loot, you can explore the virtual park and stop into the Sky Zone Shop to customize your avatar. And don't forget to go see Mal at the front desk to set Sky Zone Greenville as your home park so you can compete with our community of players. We'll see you on the leaderboard soon!
