The Court Monitor will work directly with guests, providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety standards.

Pay attention to the court at all times and be interactive with the participants Advocate guest satisfaction/WoW Advocate risk management (Rules communication) Maintain positive relations and rapport with patrons, but be firm and command respect Have full knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in implementing them Assist with court inspections Perform general maintenance/custodial duties as required Attend regular scheduled Team Member meetings, in-service meeting and training sessions Other duties as assigned
The Cashier wil provide information and complete sales transactions while maintaining the highest level of guest service.

Greet guests Provide information Explain Sky Zone court policies Enforce Waiver (Participant Agreement) policies Complete sales transactions and handle cash Stock concessions Handle concession orders Enter data into computer system Stock front desk supplies Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as requested Other duties as assigned
The SkyFit Instructor is responsible for teaching class in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner while upholding Sky Zone safety regulations.
First Aid and CPR certified Experience in the fitness industry Strong leadership skills: can motivate, inspire and communicate with people of all ages Has high energy Flexible schedule
Execute SkyFit fitness plan; Build own fitness class Follow Sky Zone safety rules Meet or exceed guest expectations Handle guest service issues Handle and report injuries Attend meetings as required Advocate guest satisfaction (Deliver WoW) Advocate risk management (Guest rules communication) Drive sales through active promotion in the community
