Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.

Can I bring in outside food?

Outside food is not allowed. We allow birthday cakes with a scheduled party, but do not allow Ice Cream Cakes.

What are some extras I can add to my party?

Here is a full list of additional add on for your party:

Food: 

Cheese Pizza: $16

Pepperoni or Sausage: $17

Veggie or Buffalo Chicken: $20

Primo’s  Sandwich Trays: $99 Per Box (Feeds 10-12 People)

Other Extras: 

Character Visits: $50 Per Character (Olaf, Peppa Pig, Doc McStuffins, Chase, Skye, and Minion)

Goodie Bags (Water Bottle, Pencil, Bracelet, Sunglasses or Coloring Book, and a 30 Minute Pass): $6 Each {This is included with a Platinum Birthday Party}

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Yes. Contact your event coordinator 48 hours prior to the party to add jumpers.

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of SkySocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

What does the party host do?

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Can I add extra jump time?

Unfortunately, you will need to complete the entire party (Jump & Party Room) and can get more jump time after the party ends. See your party host for pricing.

Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Yes! Elite Membership holders will get 10% off.  Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A 50%  deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you can 14 days or more out, you will receive your deposit back in the original form of payment.

If you cancel 4-13 days before the party, you will receive your deposit back onto a gift card

If you can your parties within 3 days of the party, the deposit is non-refundable.
