Sam Crowley became a fitness instructor in 2012 and is in her third year as a SKYFIT instructor. She specializes in interval training and is certified in Group Fitness by the American Fitness and Aerobic Association, Level One Bodyshred, TRX Functional Training, Vinyasa Yoga and in CPR/AED by the American Heart Association. Deanna Horvath is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Her training specialties include nutrition and weight management.
