The Assistant General Manager helps us create and maintain a showcase facility giving the best customer experience for a facility of this type. This person will have an opportunity to help grow the local brand of the world’s largest indoor trampoline park while managing brand awareness to community members. You will be an Ohana ambassador helping to grow the next generation of employees through your leadership and mentoring.  
The Operations Manager at Sky Zone provides business leadership and operational oversight including event sales and execution (e.g., birthday parties, church event, youth sports fundraisers, etc). The AGM's ability to make sound decisions and implement strategies to meet business goals is a key element to our success.

Operations/Management Job Responsibilities: (80%)
Servant Leadership:
• Create, promote and embody a fun entrepreneurial culture with amazing guest experiences, strong risk management protocols and positive business results
• Anticipate and recognize business opportunities and challenges and lead the team in meeting them
• Mentor and coach employee leads and part time team members as they progress in their careers
• Support Ohana Leadership program for a cohort of youth in transition and aged out foster youth through personal and professional development at Sky Zone
• Oversee, manage, and collaborate with the Sky Zone management team to ensure successful day-to- day operations.
• Oversee, supervise, and invest in team leads in the park
• Resolve any operational or guest experience issues which may occur professionally and efficiently.
• Work with the General Manager to forecast sales and labor, plan expenditures and meet the budgetary goals for the business.
• Work with other managers to effectively create the Ohana culture
• Work with Ohana employees to develop future leaders
• Explore opportunities to add value to Sky Zone Laveen
• Serve as Manager on Duty 5 days per week
• Evening, weekends, and holiday availability required
o Typical park schedule: Friday-Tuesday 
• Other management duties as assigned

Event Management Job Responsibilities: (20%)

• Oversee event bookings and ensure superior service to our guests with a genuine interest in providing guests with a memorable event/visit to Sky Zone
• Assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of all event team members (Event assistants, Event hosts) to ensure adequate coverage of events
• Oversee all paperwork related to the event process including food, party supplies, waivers, payment, and safety education
• Work with the management team to develop, host and promote special events to bring in new business to the facility
• Perform the functions of event team members when necessary
• Direct responsibility to ensure every guest and associate wears a smile
• Coordinate with all departments on deliverables to ensure a successful event

• Preferred: Management Experience in a trampoline park or like industry 
• 3+ years' experience in a combination of:
o Training and Personnel Management
o Facility Management and Operations
o Budget Oversight
o Marketing and Community Relations
o Guest Relations
• Preferred bachelor's degree 
• Entrepreneurial mindset a plus
• Experience in sports management, fitness or recreation industries a plus
• Must be able to work nights and weekends

Salary and Additional Compensation:
• Salary $40,000
