The staff/host, Bianca, was extremely accommodating to all my requests and needs. Communication was established as soon as I entered the facility until I exited. If she didn’t have an answer for me then she immediately found someone who did. She seemed happy to help and to be at work.

Planning the birthday party was organized and very clear. Sky Zone took care of decorating , food, plates, cups, and all the utensils. I only brought the cake! The kids had a lot of fun and everything went smoothly.

Prior to the visit, I received several follow-up calls, to make sure everything was right. I also liked that the team members explained to us about the rules, and how everything will flow. Thirdly, our party team member was always on point and available to assist us.

I was satisfied because it was easy to book, the staff and party hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was hassle free and smooth as possible, and that my very large party had fun and was VERY HAPPY!!! Plus everything I needed was included in my party package, this place thinks of everything!!! My daughter, her friends, and our family was very excited, happy, and pleased with the park, service and staff!!!! It couldn't have been any better!!!

Val was an awesome party host. He was very attentive. Lots of space for kids to play. Pizzas for the party arrived hot. Drinks were delivered in a timely fashion

As the moment I arrived I was helped getting everything out my car. I was greeted at the door and welcomed. My part host Ten was awesome and so helpful. I got to enjoy my son (the birthday boy) and all the guest. All the other team members were very nice and helpful.

This is our second birthday party at SkyZone, and we love it! My son always enjoys attending friends’ birthday events here as well. We highly recommend this site for parties or simply jumping fun!!

The party host made sure we had everything. The manager was also very helpful and made sure my daughter enjoyed her 3rd birthday.
