IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT? No! Sky Zone welcomes people of all ages, sizes and physical abilities. Jumpers will be separated by age/size and all jumpers must be able to follow our rules. DO I NEED TO BRING SPECIAL FOOTWEAR? Sky Zone has specially designed awesome SkySocks to enhance your jumping experience. No SkySocks, no jumping! CAN I JUMP WITH MY KIDS? At Sky Zone we keep it safe! For this reason, regardless of your relationship to the jumper, we separate by age/size to help avoid injuries that could result. Our team members reserve the right to move guests around to different courts or different sections of courts for safety. RESERVATION INFORMATION Walk-ins are welcome anytime, but we do have a capacity limit! Pre-purchased tickets for individuals and smaller groups are recommended in order to guarantee (when available) your jump time, and can be purchased online. For information on large group reservations contact our event team at 901-322-3281. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD? Why would you want to? We have plenty of delicious snacks inside! No outside food allowed! WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RESERVATION AND A BIRTHDAY PARTY? A reservation is for jumping only. Birthday parties include jump time, a private room, pizza and more! DO I NEED TO COMPLETE A WAIVER BEFORE I JUMP? Yes. Every jumper needs to sign a liability waiver at each Sky Zone location. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you, but does not have to be present when you visit the park. Waivers can be filled out online before you arrive or filled out at our park before you jump. IF I COMPLETED A WAIVER ONCE DO I NEED TO BRING ONE AGAIN? Our general rule is that valid/legible waivers for walk-in customers are kept on file for one year. However, for a variety of reasons, this cannot be guaranteed. It's always a good idea to bring a new one or call ahead to see if your waiver remains valid. You must have the specific waiver completed for the actual Sky Zone park you are visiting (a Sky Zone waiver at one park is not valid at a different park). But don’t worry, you can complete your waiver online before getting to the park. DO I NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS? We accept walk-in customers during all open hours of operation (subject to availability). Reservations are HIGHLY recommended for a confirmed number of jumpers and time, but are not required.
