New to SkyFit? Whether you are athletic or just looking to get to a happier you, SkyFit training on trampoline introduces "muscle confusion" and can really amp up your cardio (but this is under your control!). All students move at their pace but as you come time and again, your endurance will increase, your understanding of the routine will improve and next thing you know, you find happy. Give yourself some time each week.
