Send Out Your Invitations
Create a custom digital invitation and download to send to your invitees! Be sure to include the check-in time for your Guests (30 minutes prior to the start of your jump time). Digital invitations can be printed at some or saved as a PDF document to be shared with friends and family as an email attachment. Printed invitations are also included with your party package and are available for pick-up at the park!
Make sure that you have completed a waiver for your child or children and remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/legal guardian. Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in.
Please note: Once completed online, waivers will remain in the waiver queue to be saved for 30 days, so make sure your guests are filling out waivers less than 30 days before your event. Once a waiver is saved out of our waiver queue, they will remain on file for one year.
What to expect from the day you book to your party day schedule
A representative from our Event Team will give you a call the week of your event to review final details. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, more food, and party favors for your guests!
Party parents, the Guest of Honor, and other Party Guests should arrive 30 minutes prior to jump time to check-in. When you arrive at Sky Zone, head to the Event Check-In desk to meet your party team!
Before Jump Time
Guests will receive Sky Socks and jump stickers to put on and will hang out at the bleacher area while they wait for jump time to start.
Time To Jump!
When it’s time to jump, your Party Host will review safety reminders before leading party Guests to the courts and attractions to play. Please note you will not have access to your party room during your jump time.
Party Room Time!
When jump time is over, your Party Host will lead the party to the room to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks and cake!
Feel free to bring in candles and a lighter, to celebrate the birthday jumper!
You are more than welcome to bring in party decorations or themed party supplies - balloons, themed party plates, tablecloths - we just don't allow anything messy such as pinatas, silly string or confetti.
With a booked birthday party package, we will provide pizza & drinks, but you may bring birthday dessert (cake, cupcakes and/or ice cream), as well as a fruit or vegetable tray. We don't allow any other outside food or drink.
You will not need to bring in a knife to cut the cake, we have that for you along with all of the paper products (plates, cups, napkins, utensils).
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking your event. This deposit will be taken out of your overall total. The final balance of your party will be collected on the day of your event at the park. For your security purposes, if using a credit card to pay, you will be asked to present ID. To receive a full refund on your deposit, your party must be canceled at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Downgrading/Upgrading your Party Package
Since upgrading is not guaranteed due to court capacity restrictions, we encourage you to book for the larger package initially. Upgrades will be granted on a first come- first serve basis per availability. You may downgrade your party package at any time up to the time of check-in.
Age & Size Separation
Jumpers of different age/size groups will be asked to jump in different areas or sections of the court. On dodgeball, if jumpers are in two different size groups, games will be rotated. We cannot guarantee that all Guests in your party will be able to play dodgeball at the same time. Dodgeball is not guaranteed for all parties, unless a private court package is booked (an additional $100 added to each party package). Size separation is still enforced on private dodgeball courts.
Parents & Spectators
We encourage all ages to join the fun! If you would just like to watch, you will have free admission to the platforms and viewing areas. Parents who choose to watch their younger children on the courts and attractions are only permitted to stand on the pads while wearing our mandatory SkySocks and MUST have a completed waiver on file. You will be given a PARENT HELP pass from a team member during your check-in.
Our team members will be ready to assist you at your designated check-in time (30 minutes prior to jump time), early arrivals are not guaranteed immediate assistance due to the scheduling of prior parties. Should you or your guests arrive late, we will not be able to grant additional jump time or party room time.
Jumpers with casts, splints, or sharp/hard objects will not be allowed to enter the playing field for the safety of all jumpers.
You can reschedule your party by calling our Event Team at 262-696-1600. If you reschedule your party less than 7 days before your original party date, you will not be refunded your deposit for your new party date should you need to cancel.
Outside Food and/or Drink
We do not allow any outside food or drink in the park with the exception of a dessert item (cake, cupcake and/or ice cream) & a fruit an/or vegetable tray for a booked birthday party. If you wish to add on additional food or other add-on items for your jumpers and/or parents of your party.
Yes, your deposit is refundable up to 7 days prior to your event date. If you cancel within the 7 day window, your deposit will then become non-refundable.
The final balance will be due the day of the event, before the jumpers are taken up to the courts to jump.
Our park does not allow any outside food or drinks in our facility with the exception of a birthday dessert, so cake, cupcakes and/or ice cream, as well as a fruit or vegetable tray. We have you covered with pizza and soft drinks in your party room! You can also add on additional food items from our Party Add-On Menu.
We will provide all supplies needed for the party! Supplies include plates, napkins, cups, cake knives, lighters and candles.
Yes! We encourage parties to add on additional jump time to enjoy our activities even more! An extra 30 minutes of activity time will be $5/person and an extra 60 minutes is $10/person. Additional jump time would be added to the front end of your party, which would make for an earlier party check-in time. Party room time would still be reserved for after jump time is complete. If adding jump time on the day of the event, it will need to be added on after the party room time.
Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own goodie bags, but keep in mind that we do have a number of AWESOME Sky Zone items to enhance your overall Sky Zone party experience!
All jumpers are required to have a waiver filled out. Spectators that are not participating will not be required to have a completed waiver.
Yes, the birthday child will be one of the jumpers in your head count!
Your party is over after your room time. Guests can purchase additional jump time after the room time on a first come, first serve basis with the cashiers.
No, SkySocks are not included. They are $1.99 per person and will be added the day of your event.
For the safety of all jumpers, age/size separation will be strictly enforced on our Freestyle Court and Dodgeball Courts.
Gratuity is optional, but greatly appreciated!
Yes, as long as it can be set up and cleaned up within 10 minutes. We do not allow anything to be hung or attached to the ceilings or walls. Balloons are really cool, we just ask they are weighted down. We do not allow any confetti, glitter, or piñatas.
