Event Specialist

Sky Zone Guest Service Center

The Sky Zone Call Center is not your ordinary call center. We are truly dedicated to servicing our guests with top notch professionalism, as well as giving them a WOW experience. We currently oversee 11 parks, with more to come. Our Event Specialists cater to our guests through the phone in a fun fashion. We are seeking dedicated, exuberant, communicative and professional event specialists to join our St.Louis park Guest service center!

Candidates must be able to perform in a fast, friendly, and fun work environment with knowledge of basic level computer and typing skills. We are looking for individuals who are able to work evenings and on the weekends! Our Call Center is open seven days a week. We are currently seeking evening team members; shifts will be falling between 1:30 PM - 8:00 PM.

Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to effectively and professionally convey information to others
  • Ability to work 1:30PM - 8:00PM
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Two years of Customer Service experience
  • One year of call center experience
  • One year of sales experience

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding guest service to clientele
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in an inbound call center (with some outbound responsibilities).
  • Book small events, predominantly birthday parties, for guests over the phone
  • Professionally maintain positive attitude on and off the phone.

Pay:
  • $12.00/hour plus commission & performance based monthly bonus
  • Job Type: Part-time

Cashier

The Cashier will provide information and complete sales transactions while maintaining the highest level of Guest service.

Qualifications
• Ability to provide excellent Guest service in person and over the phone
• Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle money
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
 
Responsibilities
• Greet the Guests
• Provide information
• Explain Sky Zone court policies
• Enforce Waiver (Participant Agreement) policies
• Complete sales transactions and handle cash
• Handle concessions orders
• Stock concessions inventory
• Enter data into computer system
• Stock front desk supplies

Court Monitor

The Court Monitor will work directly with Guests, providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety standards.

Qualifications
• Ability to speak in front of groups
• Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment
• Ability to enforce rules
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
 
Responsibilities
• Pay attention to the court at all times and be interactive with the participants.
• Advocate Guest satisfaction/WoW!
• Advocate risk management (Guest Rules communication)
• Maintain positive relations and rapport with patrons, but be firm and command respect
• Have full knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in implementing them
• Assist with court inspections
• Perform general maintenance/custodial duties as requested
• Attend regularly scheduled Team Members meetings and in-service meetings and training sessions
• Other duties as assigned

Party Host

The Party Host will help create a Fun and engaging experience for Guests through courteous, friendly, and professional assistance. Emphasis on in-room party activities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interact and communicate well with children, parents, and Team Members
• Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment
• Ability to enforce rules
• Ability to handle large groups of children
• Ability to engage Guests in conversation
 
Responsibilities
• Maintain positive relations and rapport with Guests
• Engage Guests (parents and children) in conversation
• Create a Fun environment
• Advocate Guest satisfaction/WoW!
• Advocate risk management (Guest Rules communication)
• Maintain party room to standard
• Greet the party and escort them from the court to the party room
• Serve refreshments
• Create a party gift list of presents when necessary
• Custodial duties as requested
• Other duties as assigned
