Chaperone Policy Update – Effective July 1, 2025
Starting July 1, 2025, Sky Zone Ocala will reinstate its Chaperone Policy to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Guests 15 years old and younger must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or adult chaperone age 18 or older to enter or remain in the park.
-The policy will be in effect daily from open until close.
-Sky Zone reserves the right to adjust or enforce the policy earlier as needed.
-Chaperones must show a valid government-issued photo ID with proof of age at check-in.
Each chaperone may supervise up to 10 guests age 15 or younger. Chaperones must:
-Enter the park with their group
-Stay inside the park for the entire visit
-Be reachable by phone at all times
Guests age 15 and under who are unaccompanied will be asked to leave the park.
This policy applies to all guests, including single-day ticket holders, pass holders, and members.

Why should I sign up for a Membership?
We love our Guests and believe it’s important to Play. Every. Day! So we created a monthly Membership program that allows access to Sky Zone whenever you want at a great value to you and your family!
What is a parent add-on Membership?
A parent add-on Membership can be applied to an Elite Membership so that a legal guardian can enjoy all the same benefits as their child for a low monthly price. The Parent Membership applies only to the original registered parent.
Are there black out dates for the Membership?
No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See park hours for our Open Jump times. ***Sky Zone Ocala Basic Members must check in before 1:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your Membership after completing your minimum commitment based on your agreement (6 months). To cancel your Sky Zone Ocala Membership, please email us at least 7 days before the billing cycle. Refer to your agreement or ask a Team Member for full details. Cancellation requests CANNOT be processed by phone.
Is my Membership valid at all Sky Zone locations?
Membership is only valid at the park you originally signed up at.
