WEATHER POLICY: Groups and parties, that are scheduled on a date that the park will not be open for business due to weather, will be notified via email that the park is unable to open due to the weather. Guest are offered a choice of 2 options:
Option #1- Groups or parties may reschedule for any day/time that is available at no additional fee.
Option #2- Groups or parties may choose to cancel their event and receive a refund* of the deposit amount.
Please note that Refunds will only be offered if the park is closed*
In the event that the park is closed due to weather, a Sky Zone team member will attempt to contact you via phone the next day that the park is open.
In cases where inclement weather does not prevent the park from opening, all parties and group events will be held as scheduled. If a group or party would like to change the date of their event due to the weather, all requests must be made via email, phone or in person. Rescheduling is permitted once and a new day/time will be selected based on availability. You may still choose to reschedule even if you are unsure of the exact date and time.

The last thing we want to do is leave you hanging. So we’re here to answer all your questions. And if you’re not finding what you need here, feel free to call your local park for extra support.

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper, except during GLOW parties, which have a non-jumper fee.

Can I add jumpers after I book the party?

Yes. You will be contacted the week of your event to confirm your final jump count. The number you confirm for is the number you pay for. Unexpected guests that show up on party day cannot be guaranteed admittance due to capacity restrictions.

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Yes. The count includes every jumper in your party. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions, so they are included in the count. Our Platinum and Little Leaper party packages do not charge for the Guest of Honor, but they are still part of the jump count.  

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at Sky Zone?

All ages are welcome. We like to say, “if you can walk, you can jump.” However, please note that all jumpers must be able to jump without assistance and only one guest is permitted on each trampoline.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

What does the party host do?

A lot. They ensure your room is set up with plates, cups, napkins and utensils. They assist with the cake and decoration set-up, serve food and beverages during the time in the party room, and clean-up after. Some packages, such as the Platinum Package and Gold Package include host time with your jumpers while on the courts.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party. Every guest (jumpers and non-jumpers) needs to sign a liability waiver for the specific location that they are planning to visit. Guests under the age of 18, must have THEIR parent or legal guardian fill the waiver out for them, but does not have to be present when they visit the park. We recommend doing the waivers before coming to the park.

Can I add extra jump time?

You are welcome to add jump time to your event for a per jumper fee, if capacity allows. This must be arranged through your event coordinator prior to your event.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel within 72 hours from the time you paid your deposit and booked your event.
