Send Out Your Invitations

Create a custom digital invitation and download to send to your invitees. You can print the invite, attached it to an email, or upload to a Facebook event. The options are endless!
Paper invitations are available for pick-up at the park.

Complete your Liability Waiver(s)

Make sure that you have completed a waiver for your child or children and remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/court appointed legal guardian. Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in.

Submit your Guest List

Due 3 Days Before Party

Email a list with the first & last name of each jumpers you are expecting/have invited for your party to so our Events Team can notify you of who still needs a valid waiver & to speed up your check-in time! This also helps the Event Assistant at the time of check-in as they have a complete list of names and know who is included as a jumper for your party.

What to expect from the day you book to your party day schedule

Confirmation Call

A representative from our Event Team will give you a call the week of your event to review final details. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, more food, and party favors for your guests!

Before Jump Time

During our 15 minute check-in jumpers included in your party will receive Sky Socks once we verify they have a valid waiver. We ask that your jumpers hang out at the bleacher area while they wait for jump time to start. You are welcome to play the games which take quarters and dollars.
Please note if you arrive prior to your scheduled start time we could possibly be serving another party.

Jump Time

During your jump time your guests will have access to all the areas of the park. We do age/size separate in our Dodgeball areas for our jumpers for safety.

Party Room Time

When jump time is over, your Party Host will lead the party to the room to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks and cake! Please keep jumping/playing until your party host comes to get you from the play areas. Standard party room time is 60 minutes. If you want to open your presents/gifts in the room please be sure to communicate this to our team. If you have decorations we will collect them at the time to check-in.

CAKE IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR PARTY PACKAGE. It will be collected at the time of check-in.
If your cake or ice cream needs to be refrigerated or put into our freezer be sure it comes with the food ingredient label and is provided to a Sky Zone representative with clear instructions of what needs to be done.

Park Specific


To receive a full refund on your deposit, your party must be canceled at least 14 days prior to the event date.


You can reschedule your party by calling your Event Team. However, if you reschedule within 14 days of the event date there will be a $25 rescheduling fee.

Upgrade / Downgrade

If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your party package, you must call prior to 2 days prior to your event date.

Final Balance

The final balance of your party will be collected 2 days prior to your event (during your confirmation call). If you wish to pay your final balance day of the event please note we cannot start your party until the payment has been processed.

Dodgeball Age / Size Separation

On dodgeball, if jumpers are in two different size groups, games will be played on separate courts or rotated. We cannot guarantee that all Guests in your party will be able to play dodgeball together.

Additional Jumpers

We cannot guarantee to have the capacity to add on extra jumpers to your party. If you need to reserve for any additional jumpers, we must be notified at least 2 days prior to your event.

Additional Pizza

Additional pizza(s) need to be added on 2 days prior to your event date to guarantee they will be available at your room time. Pizza ordered after check-in is not guaranteed to arrive for the start of the party room time.

Parents & Spectators

We encourage all ages to join the fun! If you would just like to watch, you will have free admission to the platforms and viewing areas.

Late Arrivals

Should you or your guests arrive late, we will not be able to grant additional jump time or party room time.

Early Arrivals

Our team members will be ready to assist you at your designated check-in time (15 minutes prior to jump time), early arrivals are not guaranteed immediate assistance due to the scheduling of prior parties.


Jumpers with casts, splints, or sharp/hard objects will not be allowed to enter the playing field until their hard object is bubble wrapped. This is for the safety of all jumpers.


  • Yes, your deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to your event date.
  • The final balance is due 2 days prior to your event. Parties must be paid in full prior to starting.
  • Our park does not allow any outside food or drinks in our facility besides the dessert that you are responsible for providing. However, we have you covered with pizza and drinks in your party room. Talk with one of our Event Specialists at least 2 days prior to your event to add on more pizza or drinks.

    If a guest has a food allergy please be sure to communicate it to us so we can note it on your party. This guest will absolutely be permitted to bring in food/dessert to enjoy during your party.
  • We will provide all supplies needed for the party, besides the dessert. Supplies include plates, napkins, cups, forks, spoons, candles, and lighters.
  • Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own goodie bags, but keep in mind that we can handle the party favors for you if you wish to add this on to your party. We have 3 different party favor packages available!
  • All jumpers are required to have a liability waiver filled out prior to checking in. Spectators that are not participating will not be required to have a completed liability waiver.
    Please note: If your party is during our GLOW session, ALL guests are required to have a liability waiver completed (jumpers and spectators).
  • To guarantee additional pizzas or food you must call at least 2 days in advance to add on. Feel free to request additional food at your check-in, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee food added on after check-in.
  • You can come by our park any time we are open to pick up paper invitations with envelopes or you can create your own digital invitation (
  • Your party is over after your room time. Guests can purchase additional jump time after the room time on a first come, first serve basis with the cashiers. Please note we do not recommend jumping after eating, drinking and the celebrations in the room.
  • No, your room time will be scheduled for the 60 minutes after your jump time.
  • We have one party room located downstairs. Our other three party areas are located upstairs on the mezzanine with no elevator access.
  • Yes, Sky Socks are the required footwear for all jumpers and are included with the price of your party package for all of the jumpers.
  • Our priority is making sure the pizza, drinks, and dessert is served during your 60 minutes in the party room time. Most parties prefer to take their gifts home to open, but if opening the gifts during your room time is a priority, please communicate this with the Events Team during your confirmation call and reconfirm with your Party Host.
  • For the safety of all jumpers, age/size separation will be strictly enforced on our Freestyle Court and Dodgeball Courts.
  • Gratuity is optional, but greatly appreciated by our hosts!
  • Yes, as long as it can be set up and cleaned up within 10 minutes.We do not allow confetti, glitter, anything attached to the walls/ceiling, or piñatas.
