Party Room Time!
Food and Drink
Yes, your deposit is refundable up to 7 days prior to your event date. If you cancel within the 7 day window, your deposit will then become non-refundable.
The final balance will be collected on the day of your event at your party check-in.
Our park does not allow any outside food or drinks in our facility besides a cake (unless you booked a package that already comes with one.) However, we have you covered with pizza, unlimited water, and 1 juice box per jumper in your party room! Talk with one of our Event Specialists prior to your event to add on more pizza/soft drinks!
We will provide all supplies needed for the party, including paper products, utensils, cake knives, candles, and lighters. If you would like to bring a table cloth, our tables are 8' x 2.5'
Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own goodie bags, but keep in mind that we can handle the party favors for you! We offer Sky Zone themed BASE Party Favors (sports bottle, wristband and sunglasses).
All jumpers are required to have a completed liability waiver. Spectators that are not participating will not be required to have a completed liability waiver. Please note: if your party is during our GLOW session, ALL guests are required to have a liability waiver completed (jumpers and spectators).
Yes, you are able to purchase additional pizzas until your event check-in.
You can come by our park any time we are open to pick up hard copy invitations with envelopes or you can create your own digital invitation (see link above).
Yes, the birthday child will be one of the jumpers in your head count!
Your party ends after your room time. Guests may purchase additional jump time after the room time is over, on a first come, first serve basis. Ask one of our Event Specialists about adding additional time during the booking process or see a Sales Associate to purchase additional court time the day of!
We do our best to make sure that everyone has a chance to play, however, unless you have reserved an Ultimate Dodgeball or Super Jump package, dodgeball cannot be guaranteed. Availability will be based on private bookings and age/size separation. Jumpers must be age 5 or older to play Dodgeball. Dodgeball after private games during Super Jump parties is subject to availability.
Your room time will be scheduled exclusively for the 40 minutes after your jump time, unless you have chosen a GLOW party package.
Yes, SkySocks are required footwear for all jumpers and are included with the price of your party package.
Our priority is making sure the pizza, drinks, and dessert is served during your party room time. Most parties prefer to take their gifts home to open, but if opening the gifts during your room time is a priority, please communicate this with the Event Team at the park, and we can rework the party room time schedule.
For the safety of all jumpers, we separate guests by age/size on our Freestyle Court and Dodgeball Courts. Our age groups are as follows: Group A (Toddler section only): Ages 0-4; Group B: Ages 5-10; Group C: Ages 11-15; Group D: Ages 16+
Gratuity is optional, but greatly appreciated!
Yes, as long as it can be cleaned up within 10 minutes. If you want anything to hang on the walls, we require that you bring wall putty (no tape or tacks allowed). We do not allow confetti, glitter, or piñatas.
During this time, only parents of the Guest of Honor will be allowed in party room/park during birthday celebration. This is to limit the amount of guests in the facility at one time.
