This is my 4th or 5th time I have had my children's birthday party at SkyZone. This time was great, much like they have been in the past. The worker who was in charge of our party (I can't recall his name, but we went on 3/17 at 12:30 in South Glens Falls NY) was the best we have had by far. So attentive and good with the kids!

Listed below are guidelines guests will have to follow upon entering our park, safety actions we will be taking for our guests and suggestions on things to have completed before arriving to the park.

- ALL guests over the age of 2 and team members must wear a mask at all times when in the facility.

- Social distancing guidelines will be followed and enforced.

- Hand sanitizing stations are strategically placed throughout the park for all guests to use as needed.

- A team member will specifically designated for cleaning high traffic areas in the park at all times during operating hours.

- ***ALL GUESTS MUST FILL OUT A NEW WAIVER*** We highly recommend doing this online before your visit. Once you fill out your new waiver it will be valid for one year.

- Maximum capacity for total jumpers at any given time will be 75. This includes GLOW and the Little Leapers program***

- We strongly recommend showing up to the park AT MINIMUM 20 minutes before your intended jump time to ensure the check-in process is completed before your jump time starts and to limit congestion in the lobby.

- Due to limited capacity. We also highly recommend purchasing all jump tickets ahead of time online to guarantee your jump time. Pass holders ARE NOT guaranteed a walk in time slot.
**Pass holders can also book their jump time online ahead of time**
***If a pass holder reserves a jump time online with their pass and then does not show up or cancel the reservation, Sky Zone reserves the right to revoke that guests pass***

- All pass holders that had active passes when the business shut down last year have had their passes extended for the equivalent amount of time they had left on their passes when the business was forced to shut down. All passholder passes became active again on April 2nd.
