Make sure that you have completed a waiver for your child or children and remind all guests of the party that jumpers must have a completed waiver by their own parent/court appointed legal guardian. Make sure the waivers are completed before your party date to ensure a quick and smooth party check-in.
Email a list with the first & last name of each jumpers you are expecting/have invited for your party with the email subject line as Guest List: Party Last Name to firstname.lastname@example.org so our Events Team can check to verify your guests waivers the will speed up your check-in time! This also helps the Event Assistant at the time of check-in as they have a complete list of names and know who is included as a jumper for your party.
What to expect from the day you book to your party day schedule
A representative from our Event Team will give you a call the week before your event to start getting you ready for the party. We will also contact you 48 hours before your party to get the final details. This will be your opportunity to add on extra jumpers, pizza, and make any changes necessary.
When you arrive at Sky Zone, our event staff will get you ready to party. Our party host will introduce you to the event assistant that will check you in. Once your checked in, your party host will go over the party itinerary and get the kids ready to hit the courts
Party Room Time
When jump time is over, your Party Host will lead the party to the room to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve pizza, drinks and cake! Please keep jumping/playing until your party host comes to get you from the play areas.
Your party host will bring the final receipt and help get your things back to your car. It's the Best Birthday Ever!!

To receive a full refund on your deposit, your party must be canceled at least 7 days prior to the event date. If you don't cancel within this time period, we can reschedule your event up to 2 times.
Our team members will be ready to assist you at your designated check-in time (during your 30 minute check-in). We cannot guaranteed immediate assistance if you arrive before your check-in as our staff will be helping other parties.
Should you or your guests arrive late, we will not be able to grant additional jump time or party room time.
Jumpers with casts, splints, or sharp/hard objects will not be allowed to enter the playing field. This is for the safety of all jumpers.
Our park does not allow any outside food or drinks in our facility besides the dessert that you are responsible for providing. However, we have you covered with pizza and drinks in your party room. Talk with one of our Event Assistants at least 2 days prior to your event to add on more pizza or drinks.
If a guest has a food allergy please be sure to communicate it to us so we can note it on your party. This guest will absolutely be permitted to bring in food/dessert to enjoy during your party.
Yes, you will need to order the additional pizza's during check-in. This will allow our vendor to add them to your party order, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee pizza added on after check-in.
Yes, but we do not allow confetti, glitter, anything attached to the walls/ceiling.
We will provide all supplies needed for the party, besides the dessert. Supplies include plates, napkins, cups, forks, spoons, candles, and lighters
