Terms & Conditions

· Membership auto-renews monthly, with a 3-month minimum commitment

· After first 3 months, cancel anytime in park or over the phone Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

· Cancellation must be within 30-days of the end of membership

· Jump time can be reserved in-person only

· Electronic agreement is required and available in-park at time of sign up

We love our guests and want you to experience everything Sky Zone has to offer as much as you want! So we created a monthly membership program that allows access to Sky Zone whenever you want at a great value to you!
A parent add-on Membership can be applied to a Basic or Elite Membership so that a legal guardian can enjoy all the same benefits as their child for just a low monthly price each month. The add-on Membership must be the same parent each time and may not be a parent or legal guardian. If you choose our Elite+ Membership it includes 1 FREE Parent jump ticket with every member ticket. This can also be alternated between parents/legal guardians.
Yes! After the initial 3 month commitment has passed, you may cancel in at anytime over the phone or in person anytime Monday - Friday (excluding Federal holidays) between 9am and 5pm. Refer to your membership agreement for full details.
No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See park hours for our Open Jump times.
Your membership is only valid at the park you originally sign up. We are so excited to have you as part of our family at Sky Zone Richmond!
