Sales Associate

Our Sales Associate will provide information, complete sales transactions, and answer phones while always maintaining the highest level of customer service. You are the first person our guests will meet: therefore your primary goal is to start them off with a WOW experience while completing their sales transaction and introducing them to our park.

Qualifications:

Court Monitor

Our Court Monitors will work directly with guests to provide courteous, friendly, and professional assistance / education while enforcing Sky Zone safety regulations. You are the primary person responsible for the safety of everyone at Sky Zone and ensuring it is cleaned and well maintained. Maturity and a SMILE is a MUST! 

  • Qualifications:Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Prior work experience is required
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Availability nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to interact and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Maintain constant surveillance of guests in the facility: act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of guest. Ability to react calmly and effectively in an emergency.
  • Pay complete attention to the court at all times and be very interactive with the jumpers. Never turn back to the court.
  • Keep participants under control so as to not endanger others. Maintain safety of ALL guests.
  • Communicate court rules to all participants.
  • Maintain positive relations and rapport with guest, but firm and command respect.
  • Assist with court inspections.
  • Perform various maintenance duties as directed. Help maintain a clean and safe facility.
  • Attend regular scheduled staff meetings and in service training.
  • Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service.

Party Pro

Who does not LOVE a party? You get paid to throw parties / events. You must SMILE and be great with kids of all ages. Our Party Pro will work with kids and adults to create a fun and engaging experience for event guests through courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while upholding Sky Zone safety regulations. During a typical event, for example, the Host would greet / check in party guest and verify waiver compliance, set up / clean up party room promptly, serve food and beverages, etc. The Event Host will also be expected to assist with cleaning the facility common areas as needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
  • Maintain positive relations and rapport with guests
  • Engage customers (all ages) in conversation
  • Create a fun environment
  • Troubleshoot; appease unhappy customers (all ages) when situation rises
  • Responsible for set up and clean-up of party
  • Greet the party and escort them from the court to the party room
  • Prepare / serve refreshments
  • Create a party gift list of presents
  • Find ways to ensure Sky Zone is the premier event host in St Louis
  • Custodial duties as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Event Assistant

The Event Assistant will help create a fun and engaging experience for the event guests through courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while upholding Sky Zone safety regulations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform all functions of event staff
  • Answer phone inquiries about events
  • Book all types of reservations in system
  • Ensure all pre-arrival booking procedures are adhered to
  • Assist in event sales
  • Handle all paperwork
  • Make sure invitations and waivers are taken care of
  • Assist with management of inventory of event supplies
  • Greet and check in event guests
  • Escort event participants from the party room to the court
  • Make sure party rooms and staff are running on schedule
  • Organize and file event folders

General Manager

The General Manager is the life-blood of our organization. An amazing GM takes an average park and make it a top performing park. An amazing GM has the opportunity to mentor and uplift young adults within the community, and prepare them for success in future endeavors. An amazing GM can promote positivity and safety within the park and community. This job is more than just being a store manager.
Execution and driving results at the park level is the key to success at Sky Zone. The GM at Sky Zone runs their businesses like owners, and drive company initiatives. This is a full time, salaried position that reports to a Regional Team.
The GM will be assigned a park and be responsible for all events, including but not limited to birthday party bookings, T&D, park budget and reading P&L statements. The GM will be responsible for meeting and exceeding corporate goals in their park while driving profitability and upholding and adhering to company standards, with an emphasis on positive guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing performance of the team.
  • Leading the team to meet and exceed goals while taking responsibility for outcomes.
  • Ensuring the best customer service in the city.
  • Upholding company and industry safety and sanitation standards.

  • Places an emphasis on positive guest experiences in order to ensure positive traffic year-over-year.

  • Oversee the operations of the park including cash and sales control, party management and set-up, inventory management and park opening/closing procedures.
  • Accountable for everything that transpires in the park, including but not limited to sales, safety, cleanliness and any injuries or incidents that may occur at park.
  • Report bad news immediately. Always be transparent in your work.

Requirements:
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a related field.
