Event Coordinator

Full or part-time

Event Coordinators will book, confirm, and check-in events. They answer the phone and respond to party and event inquiries. The emphasis for Event Coordinators is on pre-event activities.

Qualifications 
• Ability to provide excellent guest service 
• Must be able to interact and communicate well with children, parents, and team members 
• Organized and detail-oriented 
• Ability to communicate rules 
• Ability to troubleshoot and work in a fast-paced environment 
Responsibilities 
• Perform all functions of event team members 
• Answer phone inquiries about events 
• Book all types of reservations in system 
• Ensure all pre-arrival booking procedures are adhered to 
• Assist with event sales 
• Handle event paperwork 
• Advocate guest satisfaction/WoW! 
• Advocate risk management (guest rules communication) 
• Make sure invitations and waivers (participant agreements) are taken care of 
• Assist with management of inventory of event supplies 
• Greet and check-in event participants 
• Escort event participants from the party room to the court 
• Make sure party rooms and team members are running on schedule 
• Organize and file event folders and box for storage each month 
• Other duties as assigned 

Court Monitor

Part Time

The Court Monitor will work directly with guests, providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety standards.

Qualifications 
• Ability to speak in front of groups 
• Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment 
• Ability to enforce rules 
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems 
Responsibilities 
• Pay attention to the court at all times and be interactive with the participants. 
• Advocate guest satisfaction/WoW! 
• Advocate risk management (guest rules communication) 
• Maintain positive relations and rapport with patrons, but be firm and command respect 
• Have full knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in implementing them 
• Assist with court inspections 
• Perform general maintenance/custodial duties as requested 
• Attend regularly scheduled team members meetings and in-service meetings and training sessions
 • Other duties as assigned 

Sales Associate

Part Time

The Cashier will provide information and complete sales transactions while maintaining the highest level of guest service.

Qualifications 
• Ability to provide excellent guest service in person and over the phone 
• Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to handle money 
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems 
Responsibilities 
• Greet the guests 
• Provide information 
• Explain Sky Zone court policies 
• Enforce waiver (participant agreement) policies 
• Complete sales transactions and handle cash 
• Handle concessions orders 
• Stock concessions inventory 
• Enter data into computer system 
• Stock front desk supplies 
• Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as requested 
• Other duties as assigned 

Event Host

Part Time

The Event Host will help create a FUN and engaging experience for guests through courteous, friendly, and professional assistance. Emphasis on in-room party activities.

Qualifications 
• Ability to provide excellent guest service 
• Must be able to interact and communicate well with children, parents, and Team Members 
• Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment 
• Ability to enforce rules 
• Ability to handle large groups of children 
• Ability to engage guests in conversation 
Responsibilities 
• Maintain positive relations and rapport with guests 
• Engage guests (parents and children) in conversation 
• Create a FUN environment 
• Advocate guest satisfaction/WoW! 
• Advocate risk management (guest rules communication) 
• Maintain party room to standard 
• Greet the party and escort them from the court to the party room 
• Serve refreshments 
• Create a party gift list of presents when necessary 
• Custodial duties as requested 
• Other duties as assigned 

SkyFit Instructor

Part Time

The SkyFit Instructor is responsible for teaching a class in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner while upholding Sky Zone safety regulations.

Qualifications
• First Aid and CPR certified
• Experience in fitness industry
• Strong leadership skills: can motivate, inspire, and communicate with people of all ages
• Has high energy

• Execute SkyFit fitness plan
• Follow Sky Zone safety rules
• Meet or exceed Guest expectations
• Handle Guest service issues
• Handle and report injuries
• Attend meetings as required
• Advocate Guest satisfaction (Deliver WoW!)
• Advocate risk management (Guest rules communication)
• Drive sales through active promotion in the community


Facility Maintenance Specialist

Part-time

The Facility Maintenance Specialist is essentially a handyman/handywoman. The will be responsible for repairs, painting, and physical improvement throughout the park.

Must have experience painting, drywall repair, and other general construction and facility maintenance tasks.
