Sky Zone Tampa is looking for a part-time Assistant Manager to join the operations team in directing and overseeing various functions of the Trampoline Park including: maintaining a safe and functional operating environment, monitoring daily operations, and other duties assigned by the Operations Manager. Ultimately, the goals of the position will be tied to guest satisfaction and safety along with operational efficiency that results in profitable sales.
- Qualifications:Ability to work nights/weekends
- 1 year minimum of personnel management (preferably in a recreational facility setting)
- Demonstrated leadership in a customer centric environment
- Must love engaging with the community (that means kids, teens, young to older adults)
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Above all this position requires a “fun meets fitness” spirit that is a dedicated team player as well.
- Responsibilities including, but not limited to:Provide exceptional guest service and guest safety
- Manage daily tasks and process to optimize operational efficiency
- Execute on marketing goals to spread awareness of Sky Zone
- Open and close facility, “Manager on Duty” shifts
- Cultivate the culture and vision of the Sky Zone brand for metro Tampa
- Build and maintain a culture that embraces and ensures guest safety and satisfaction
- Be a “Community Ambassador” for Sky Zone
- Assist in driving group sales and corporate events
- Identify and research new revenue streams, ways to engage and be relevant in our community
