Certain special events or programs have specific age restrictions, but generally our rule of thumb is that if they're old enough to walk...they're old enough to jump! For our littlest jumpers, we even offer two sessions a week of Toddler Time (Fridays 10am-12pm & Saturdays 9am-10am). This allows kids under age 5 to jump exclusively on a court just their own.
We always encourage parents to jump with their children, but for FUN and togetherness rather than safety. Although it is helpful to have adults explain the rules to their kids, we always have court monitors there to help instill the rules as well. If parents want to sit aside, relax in our Fuel Zone, and watch instead of jump, they can be rest assured that safety rules are still being reinforced by our team members.
YES! Although courts are separated by age and size for safety, we have also found a great way to have families jump altogether too. At Sky Zone Toledo, we now offer Family Court. This is a net-separated area for our guests who may have kids of all ages and sizes to make sure they're still having a WOW experience in our park. Due to the mixed age group that may be jumping in this area, there are extra rules, however. These include, but are not limited to, no flips/tricks, no bouncing off walls, no sitting on side mats...FUN REQUIRED!!
