We are proud to serve this community and want to assure you the health and well-being of our Guests and Team Members remain our first priority. Whenever you’re ready to come jump, you will see some changes in our parks to create an environment that promotes cleanliness and social distancing. But don't worry, you will still see and feel the same thrills and excitement that you know and love at Sky Zone.
We’re taking our park cleaning procedures and frequency to the next level, including daily disinfectant spraying or fogging of the entire park using products that meet the EPA criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19. We are also implementing new standards to reduce capacity, enable social distancing, and promote good hygiene practices within the park.

Passholders, Free Jump Passes, Contest Winners, Etc.
Who has a Sky Zone pass at home? Who won one of our days of Christmas contests or a Silent Auction prize? Anyone purchase those Annual Passes on Black Friday? ANYONE & EVERYONE who has a free pass, multi-day pass, annual pass, contest winning, prize redemption that has an expiration date on it.
We are excited for you to come back to the park and we will be extending all passes that were active when we closed by 3 months to allow ample amount of time to PLAY at Sky Zone. If your pass was set to expire April 30th, we hope to see you again by July 30th. If your Annual Pass was good through Thanksgiving, we welcome you to continue using it through end of February 2021. Etc.

The Sky Zone Game?
If you said no, what are you waiting for? The Sky Zone Game app is free to download from the Apple and Android stores and jam-packed with fun mini-games inspired by your favorite attractions in the park. It's the perfect way to get warmed up before you come back in to jump with us!
After you test your skills out in a Dodge'm match or a round of Fruit Loot, you can explore the virtual park and stop into the Sky Zone Shop to customize your avatar. And don't forget to go see Mal at the front desk to set Sky Zone Toledo as your home park so you can compete with our community of players. We'll see you on the leaderboard soon!
